I've said it before and I'll say it again. It amazes me how many of our high picked players we've had to get rid of for next to nothing. With bad picks like those it's no wonder why we've lost as much as we have. Its unbelievable Do not click on this link if you are at risk of depression. If you are on Diam's Isle, you should be OK.

I like when our GM gets a trinket for guys we would otherwise cut anyway...I don't like that we have guys we would cut anyway. You always have guys you are going to cut, but I know what you mean. Neither Coleman was looking like they were going to make the team. Now we have a couple of 7th rounders over the next two years. Who knows, maybe one of them works in a role....maybe we totally luck out and one of them becomes a good player.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. GM Strong

Waitaminnit! Coleman was a 3rd rounder. Greg Robison was a 1st rounder. We also got a 7th rounder for Coleman.
Mathematically speaking, we traded a 3 for a 1 AND a 7!
We got a great deal! Thank God they won the draft pick carousel, because they haven't won squat in the regular season win loss column since 2007. Get their priorities straight! For the record I like both Robinson and Coleman, but I'd like it more if the Browns had a sense of bringing players back from year to year and coaching them into a better team.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Word out of Buffalo is Bills might axe Coleman You could see on Hard Knocks that he had a horrible attitude. Two minutes into that second episode was all I needed to justify selling him off.

Shon Coleman - T - 49ers
49ers acquired OT Shon Coleman from the Browns for a 2019 seventh-round pick. Coleman started every game for the Browns last year, but graded as one of the worst tackles in the league. He had been playing with third-stringers this preseason and was expected to get cut, so this is a win for the Browns. Coleman will back up LT Joe Staley in San Francisco.
Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter Aug 31 - 7:12 PM I love it when we get something for a guy we were going to cut. I liked Coleman as a person but he just was not that good unfortunately. Its not like we didn't give him a chance.
Dead wood. Good luck 49ers...if he starts Jimmy G will get hurt

The best part of getting rid of him is I can now forget the 2nd biggest mistake Sashi made IMO ... and i’m Grateful for the biggest mistake he made .. Letting Mitch walk ... How much better would our OL be even today if he was still here and we signed Hubbard ... i guess Hubbard wanted a chance to start so he prolly wouldn’t have come here ... NEVERMIND ... *L* ...

Like Coleman all you want but he wasn't gonna make this team because he isn't good at all. He out right stinks! We can find other teams cast offs better than him and we likely will.

Source: The #Bills are releasing former first-round pick WR Corey Coleman, who the acquired from the #Browns. A few weeks just not enough time to grab a roster spot. He’s looking for another fresh start. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1035893962224095234

The #Bills will actually LOSE $2M in cap space per this move. As Coleman held guaranteed salaries of $1.5M, & $2M that now accelerate to 2018 dead cap. https://twitter.com/spotrac/status/1035894864297320448

Buffalo just seems horribly mismanaged. There is an understatement what the heck is going on over there. One bad move after another. And now throwing money out the window

I forgot about the guaranteed portion of 1st round rookie contracts the 1st 4 years. So Buffalo paid a 7th round pick and an extra 2 million to watch Coleman complain for 4 weeks.
Ouch.

Ouch. Our Browns paid Kenny Britt over $10 million for 18 catches, 18 drops, injuries, complaining, missing curfew and being a total drag to the team. Buffalo rolled the dice and lost, not that big of a pricetag imo.

Don't forget about Dwayne Bowe, either. Man I hope we don't start repeating that trash. Ugh.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

The #Dolphins are releasing former starting CB Tony Lippett, source said. They had shopped him a bit before this move.

A veteran surprise: Vikings are releasing DE Brian Robison, per source.

Its official now .. never heard of the dude .. *L* ...
Brian Robison - DL - Free Agent
Vikings released DE Brian Robison.
The move saves Minnesota $1.105 million in cap space. Robison agreed to a pay cut a few months back but apparently that still wasn't enough for the Vikings to keep him around. The 35-year-old is clearly nearing the finish line of his career, though he still managed four sacks in a part-time role last season. Robison had been with Minnesota since 2007.
