Anyone else hate NBC shading the first down area? I know, like we are morons or something...we couldn't figure things out with just the yellow line...lol
Good game, WR is still the most over rated position out there.
Defense still wins Championships!

I did too, but yeah know what, I don't really remember it. Except for the fact the Eagles won. But the Eagles have an excellent Defense. Even if Brady puts up 30+
The D prevented the Pats from winning and the only TD pass I really remember is Foles at WR.
All I know is Julio Jones still has not won a championship, Neither did Johnson probably the best WR in this era.
All I know is that Gordon broke a NFL record with back to back 200+ yard games and won neither of them.
I'll repeat myself maybe 100 more times. WR is the most over rated position in football. Don't get me wrong you need them and I've maintained the fact that you need them to have good hands!
I hope we have the best air attack in the NFL especially if we might have the best group of WRs???

I respectfully disagree.
Teams win games not positions.
Football more than any other sport is the ultimate team game. And I mean down to the last roster spot number 53.
Plays succeed or fail by execution of each player.
Other than quarterback I don't buy "important positions" LT, CB, etc. they are all co-dependent.
Tab you have this thing about WR. If receivers don't get open and or can't catch the ball; guess what? No receptions, maybe no touchdowns or first downs.
Now there is this new prejudice against RB. "They should not be drafted in the first round". Really?
If you have a HOF player at any position; they impact the game.
Do some positions get paid more? Yes.
If your center sucks bad what happens?
Repeat football is a team game.

Police have no incriminating evidence against LeSean McCoy http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/24622...y-buffalo-billsonly posting from the football perspective. since shady will clearly play this season (doubtful the nfl takes any action), this should help nathan peterman out a crap ton against the ravens. i still think the ravens are gonna destroy the bills, but atleast the bills now have some glimmer of hope for this game.

Williams, the Bengals safety, just got ejected after he hit Luck on a run, Here's the thing, Luck wasn't sliding feet first, he lowered his shoulder.
Maybe the head contact is a penalty in today's NFL, which I don't agree with if the runner lowers his head, but an automatic ejection?! I used to defend the NFL for years when you all said they'd eventually be playing with flags, but damn, this is indefensible.

Also, not a fan of the Titans new helmets and unis. They look very "indoor football league".

Peterman for Buffalo, Watson for Houston, and Jimmy G for the Niners have all looked pretty bad thus far.

Kizer actually doens't look that bad.
Footwork is much better then last year, and you can see the clear talent on display. He just shot a nice accurate lazer across the middle guy picked up 13 yards hit him in stride.
Still think we gave up on him way too soon .
