The offense looked like a unit with 8 new starters.

So we kicked the FG on 3rd down we should have gotten another chance I remember Cower beat us by kicking the FG on 3rd down we blocked it and they got another chance on 4th down
What gives? We just got rooked we spiked it on 2nd down not 3rd down

Good teams find a way to win.....its a saying for a reason.. So is Pittsburgh not a good team either then? We kept them from "finding a way to win". My beef is that late "block in the back" call. That cost us 5 yards. Gonzalez could have popped it up higher.

its better than a loss but knowing we had the ball 4 TIMES in overtime and couldn't score even a Field Goal is very disheartening. Our QB is our lead rusher ... this is just bad.

Once more, 8 new starters on offense, and they played in a monsoon.
We had a tie in Bud Carson's 1st season, (not the 1st game though) and went to the conference finals.

The reason they got another kick was because the officials said the ball never crossed the LOS that would indicate a change of possession and since the Steelers recovered it was then 4th down.

I'll take it. We blew chance after chance to win that thing.
Tyrod had too many underthrown passes. I'm sure the weather had a factor, but there were times where we just missed out on huge plays because the receiver had to come back. Funny enough, when we're on the other side of that, we get called for DPI.
I don't understand the playcalling at the beginning of the game. I just don't get it.
Penalties, everyone will bring this up, so I won't get too much into it, but that's unacceptable.
Myles Garrett is incredible. Denzel Ward looks like a really good pick at 4.
What a moment for Josh Gordon to tie the game.
Some questionable coaching calls late in the game, going deep when you only needed about 10-15 yards and a spike for a chance at winning in regulation.
I dunno how I feel about this, a tie is such a rare thing in American sports now since they took it out of the NHL. I think I'd almost rather just do the college rules, that way you at least get a result. At least for the regular season.

A blocked punt and a blocked fg....our special teams are terrible and will cost us many games this season along with our terrible run defense

Let's talk about that block in the back call the Ref said, 10 yards from the spot of the foul on Garrett #95 Now watch 95 on that play, he doesn't touch anybody there, he's looking for a block well inside the 20 about down to the steeler 10 and still not contacting anybody It couldn't have been spotted correctly if he did it late in that play or the Browns line of scrimmage for that last drive and fg try would have been about the steeler 20 yard line.
