I wasn't a kid but 20 years ago I got my first ever, and only, teddy bear! I dropped a bazillion hints that "I'd never had a teddy bear" so, my dahlin found me the best ever little guy. When he got home and realized there was no wrapping him. He had me close my eyes and put out my arms. When I opened my eyes to the most adorable teddy bear ever, I squealed with delight. His name is Williams....as in, Teddy Williams. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Thats a cool story. Parents rule like that, they give up so much at times just to make their kids feel good. Makes me wanna hug my mom and just say thanks for the things I was too young to understand or appreciate. well said.
