He has talent. To me its very much like the Pats taking a chance on JG we are doing likewise with BP.

Difference is Gordon stays physically healthy and catches just about everything thrown his way.

Right about that. I was thinking that we have a good young QB that is still learning and developing. How much are these injuries to our WR's going to set BM back? He has to get used to a whole new group in season. Not a good scenario.

Gordon hurt his hammy while lying to the Browns.

He has very good hands, BUT he never has learned the playbook, or how to run routes. Good hands are great. But if your 20 yards away from where you should be on most plays they do you no good.

This guy has the physical skills, and from reports had improved this preseason. He is not costing the team much, and has experience. He has made plays, and he has had drops, but IMO he is a better option than a practice squad player.

People bashing Dorsey are failing to mention the injuries that put us in this spot. The injuries happened to a starter and a back-up. People were raving about Ratley and he performed pretty good for his first action, but now he is being talked about like he is trash.

Gordon did not want to play here, and it was obvious. He was never going to give the effort here that he will for NE. Higgins will be back, and once Perriman gets up to speed, it will not be all the doom and gloom we have now.

If I was Dorsey, I would go hard after Cooper.

another good game for him today

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

i hope we keep perriman.

we could actually be set at WR. Perriman, Calloway, Landry, and Higgins.

I agree. He will be a priority signing....or should be IMO.

I really don't want to spend a high pick on a WR in the draft. We need to think D in this draft because it is a good draft for defensive players.

From all accounts he's a really hard worker too, unlike other "busts" like Coleman

Perriman made some very difficult catches... Very impressed. Glad he's a Brown.

I love our WR group.

Landry, Hollywood, Perriman, & Callaway... solid!

Roger that. I knew nothing about him when he landed. I am impressed. He had a good day in a bad loss. Seems coachable and working hard. And he is not under indefinite suspension. Our wideouts really worked hard today.

I think he will. Was reading a article where he really like baker and baker likes him.

Receivers like to be on teams with a good QB, and we have one of those.

About our 'need' at wr. Most rookie WRs struggle, then (hopefully) take a jump in their development in year 2.

I really like Calloway.

I didn't like Perriman coming out of college because he had a rep of dropping too many balls. I remember saying something like why I couldn't understand why teams [Baltimore] drafted guys in the first round who had questionable hands.

Well, the guy has caught everything since he's been here. Kudos to him.

Getting a true #1 moves everyone down one spot. That makes the group really deep.

Also, we shouldn't bank on Perriman returning. We saw how that goes with Pryor.

I was stoked when we signed him, because I felt he had really good measureables, and lots of potential.

I'm really glad he has shown the talent he has since that time.

If one doesn't consider him a true #1 wideout, he's really close.

True, but I think that Petrriman really likes the team. Will see ... I like so many of the prospects @WR this year.

It will be a little different having to wait so long on Draft day, but I think that Dorsey and Co. Will draft some more good players.

In hindsight, it's always smart to take a shot on a former first round pick. If he doesn't work hard or is just bad cut him and move on. Having Perriman was essential to Baker's development in several games.

I'm happy for us! He is fun to watch and nothing like I expected we would see. He's playing like he's the real deal. I hope we lock him up.

If you’d have said that early in the season, you’d have been stoned, or at the very least accused of being stoned. Shows a pretty nice job from our coaching staff to bring these guys along like they did. Although Landry letting a critical pass play, doink off his facemask isn’t a great addition to his resume.

I wrote him off big time and kinda scoffed at the signing, but props to him. He's made himself a keeper for us I

They could prove to be difficult to replace, particularly Robinson. Just resign them...

it pretty much is. If the numbers work, they will stay. if not, they will be gone. However, there will be an effort to resign them.

Get 'er done. I have to believe the team direction and chemistry makes it appealing for them to stay.
