swish...rwers are still trying to peddle this fake story that the FBI trapped Flynn.
The judge asked Flynn and his lawyers, "point blank"...did the FBI entrap you?...
...Flynn and his lawyers said NO, THE FBI HAD NOT TRICK OR ENTRAPPED FLYNN..they said this "under oath"!
That should put an end to the fake bs many on the right attempted to peddle. That claim is now dead! Sanders and Gualini still pushing the same old stories and lies.... I think that pushing that line was thought out and discussed between the White House and Flynns Legal team... I think they thought it would be the way to go.. They clearly didn't think it was going to backfire and it clearly has.. This judge didn't take kindly to it at all.

By the way, have you guys seen the reports from FOX news the night before the sentencing hearing? Yikes, they seemed to be counting on this judge coming down on the side of Flynn and throwing out the guilty plea.
Whoops,, That didn't work out to well did it.
What those folks at FOX didn't get/understand is that this judge saw everything they had on Flynn. I don't think he was impressed with Flynn and his actions.

Yea, Fox News is hoping cases get tossed due to technicalities. They try their hardest to spin out if the fact that actual crimes have been committed.

i know... Let's focus on the judge's questioning and comments and deflect from Flynn and what he did and the dirt he will have dished on Trump! Let's forget that the right wing state run news agency has been trying to create a narrative of entrapment and Mueller acting like the Gestapo..... Which was totally and unequivocally squashed!!!!!
