at this point, i dont have a problem profiting off of other people's misery, especially since i wont be running for office. we might hit a recession mid-late 2019, as people from WSJ and charles schwab are unfortunately predicting.

Germany's Dax is having its worse month/year in a long long time. Euro markets closing in 15 minutes.

I have yet to max my tax advantaged accounts (401k/ira) so I don't buy individual stocks at present . However what I did do was increase my future contributions into short term bonds, that should be protected from volatility and act as cash. Then when the market looks to hit bottom, start buying up my index funds with it. Not as sexy but it should work.

I went with CGC and bought a little bit of stock there. I read Constellation brands put about 4 billion into them. They reported a loss for q3, but having a giant like that behind them means they can grease some wheels

big tobacco and alcohol are throwing massive money investing in weed. right now since all the weed stocks go from super cheap to relatively cheap, best time to jump into the future, cause WHEN its legalized at the federal level, its gonna get real.

colorado and cali already seen a boost in their tourism due to legal weed, not that cali needed the boost anyway. we can expect that across the nation in the future due to one industry emerging.

In Colorado, people are allowed to grow their own plants and everything. Obviously it can’t be out in the open, like it has to be in a greenhouse with a lock on it or something similar.
