Then there are those that like to play the bait and switch con game to avoid addressing what's currently going on in the oval office with whataboutism.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

The problem with education is that schools don't teach the kids anything.

It's all about test scores and nothing about teaching them how to make a living.

If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.

Yes, you are correct. Certainly not your side.

"Aligned" is very diplomatic of you. What's the word for when you've turned into a political zombie?

This drives me nuts and is 100% accurate. My son's school offers all kinds of really cool courses - the problem? He can't take any of them because of the required classes take up all periods except one. He hates science, he's known that since 7th grade - what is the point of taking those classes for 4 years of high school when he isn't going to use it? Same with a foreign language, 2 years of that for what? Pointless IMO. The "well rounded" argument sucks. He wanted to take an engineering course they offered as well as a programming course but didn't get either.

We need to find things these kids are interested in, and to do so they need to try them. The perfect place to do that is high school. I am in awe of the class offerings they have, but you basically need to choose a "track" and go with it. Why not let these kids try different things? Drives me nuts.
