Well there are a lot of adjectives I could use to go with voting for Trump but claiming that just because someone is gullible or misled I don't think qualifies you to go to hell.

Do those who fought and had family members die to fight for the ending of slavery also have to pay? I mean did they not already pay the ultimate price to help end slavery? How about those who never had a family history of owning slaves? What about the poor and their descendants who had no part of slavery?

I think there are far more questions surrounding this than answers.

Some sort doesn’t necessarily mean financial. But all Americans need to do their part in respecting each other and treating each other how we all wish to be treated for a start.

So I don't believe it, I don't think any black people in America have any lack of opportunities, in fact, all these years, there seems to be pretty much a lot of opportunities.

So, I saw something a few times a couple weeks ago Clem, and when I saw it, I honestly didn't know how to react or what to think. I hadn't brought it up before because I didn't know how. I think I'll just throw it out there and see what happens.

I'm sitting at a stop light and I see a city bus drive by. On the electronic board that usually displays the route and next stop it simply said

"For Rosa Parks".

Like, what was the promo? If you're a person of color you get choice seating for the month? It just seemed like such an awkward thing to do for a bussingsystem. Was it supposed to be like a sports franchise that uses Native American imagery and say "No, we're not culturally appropriating anyone, we're celebrating our fantastic relationship with our local Tribes!".

I don't know man. It's easily one of the oddest things I've ever seen.

You mean like Asian students having to give up opportunities for their future that they've worked hard for when they are denied entry in to University in favor of an applicant who didn't perform as well but benefits from the color of their skin?
