Depth is a never ending search. We are always going to be in search of that. I don't care who is on the team, you are always going to have a weakest link at all the position groups.

I really hate to do this, Diam. However, it's "skittish," rather than "skiddish."

EO...I agree, Diam's grammar is what makes him, 'special'.
As long as I understand the meaning of what is being discussed, I could care less how any board member spells.
I would hope others would afford me the same consideration.
