I saw a post on Twitter that clarified the Schobert post. Calls have been made to the Browns asking about Joe. Dorsey isn’t shopping him at this time.

.@AlbertBreer on @BullandFox says talking to teams about vet players that could be dealt, Schobert's name came up: "That doesn't mean that the Browns phone is ringing off the hook, or actively shopping him." Says it could make sense tho to get draft capital back in a contract yr

This isn’t the tweet I was looking for but it does add clarity, at least to me.

Here is the tweet

To further clarify, @AlbertBreer has told us Schobert is a name other teams have asked about, not that he’s on the block. He’ll join @BullandFox later today for more.

I of course could be wrong. But I think the OT Cajuste is the brother of Cajuste we had in camp last year.

Yodny Cajuste is from Miami, Florida. Devon Cajuste is from Syosset, NY. In looking at various sites on the web, there is no mention of them being related. Photos of them look very different from each other. I think they are not related.

They almost have to have some common ancestry, because there just aren't many Cajustes in the world. (4776 total, with 4000 of those in Haiti, and less than 600 in the US)

There is enough smoke that I least think trading back into the first round is a possibility. I would guess one of the Seahawk picks is the target. The player(s) I would guess that we would be targeting are Jeffery Simmons, Rashan Gary, or Montez Sweat.

Jeffery Simmons, yes, because of injury ... Rashan Gary, or Montez Sweat, not so much, because many teams won't have a 1st round grade on them, and that would be the only reason why they would still be on the board in the 1st place.

Too much is projection potential with those two, and that equals, boom or bust imo.

Simmons will be gone by Indy's pick, in my opinion. Sweat is a possibility with Seahawk's second 1st (from KC). I think they take Gary with their 1st pick.

Draftday Musing, Methinks this isn't correct.

Dorsey trades back into the late first.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but one thing to think about when trading up into the first round.....teams get that fifth year option on a player which can be valuable. We did it with Njoku two years ago at the back-end of the first.

Exactly why Simmons is in play for a trade up back into 1st round. Would have to give up #49 and at first rounder next year and maybe Duke to get there, however.

By all accounts, he is a legit top 10 pick if not injured, then it is probably worth it, in my opinion. Is #49 and next year's say #20 and Duke worth a top ten pick this year - I say yes.

Impressive. Dawgtalkers has it's own resident Cajuste expert! grin

What are the odds that 2 of those 600 aren't related and both are sniffing playing in the NFL?

Google is this new and amazing app. It tells you almost everything you could ever want to know. The only time it failed me was when I asked it to explain women, and it self destructed. rofl

For some reason my memory on the subject was that early on I READ an article mentioning the relation??? But that was all I could remember which is why I started my post with "I could be wrong" I was not certain at all. Just that one memory and the more you tell yourself something it becomes closer to fact. But it was from an early article I read on Web...
