I would think that if you can live like a billionaire but still show losses on paper, thereby avoiding paying taxes... there is something to learn there....
You might hate the ethics behind it but if the law allows it and he has figured out how to use it...... Only problem with line of thinking: successful Manhattanites who didn't employ those tactics treat him like The Ultimate Pariah... so much so that he had to get loans from Russians and shadyass Deutsche Bank to run his Real Estate scams. Forget money- a man's only true worth is his reputation. Those who kept that in mind run NYC... and still view him as that same low-class loudmouth from Queens that they've always known- and derided.

at this point, the only way we can compete with chinese labor when it comes to manufacturing is.....automation. Take a look at BOTZ. It is nearing a buy. good call on the ETF. if it hits 18 i might buy Just keep in mind we are but a tweet away from a rally.

So you sent me down a path of reading up on automation and labor.
I appreciate it, as I no have updated viewpoints on how it’s working in China. For example, while the labor is relatively cheap still compared to here, labor cost are rising in China.
The issue is that they have some state of the art plants that are 90% robots. So it’s not just cheaper labor cost for business; it’s *practically* NO labor cost at all.
And because the parts for robots are being built there as well, it’s yet another reason for American business to post up there.
So it’s related to what you said about AI and such only really being in design. And in reality, it appears that might be the only advantage we have in that regard.
