What I found interesting from his statement was that, as a Prosecutor, only 2 out of every 10 rape cases he has tried did the bad guy jump out of the bushes to rape the victim.

Depends on when you think the embryo becomes a human/ when life begins... I personally think it happens when blood flows (heart starts)... so my thoughts are no... a embryo that doesn't implant isn't a baby dying... but some feel thwt life's begins at conception... which would mean yes that was a baby that didn't form....
Do you consider a fetus a human at some point? I personally believe in compromise... and prefer to have later abortions illegal... I don't think life starts until the heart starts... so conceded that early abortions or abortion for rape/incest is somewhat tolerable...
Either way... I think if we had better access to contraceptive for all thwt would help decrease abortions and anted pregnancies...

What's silly is 1.calling a baby anything else but a baby. 2. Claiming it's abortion not murder. 3. Passing laws that don't allow an exception for the mothers health, or in case of rape.
