Vers if this is a reference to me, then I take back 99% of the mean things I've ever said about you. I still completely agree with what I said, but this humor is good and I didn't expect it from you.

I don't necessarily disagree with you and I don't necessarily disagree with Memphis. I would say he's talented, but his talent doesn't trump his attitude, hence his release.

It wasn't in reference to you, but it was meant to be humorous. Some of the replies that came after mine me made laugh loud enough to startle my dogs. grin

Precisely??? When the guy stated "A Player with a TON of talent" why are you barking up this tree? Just say my bad and walk away...lol laugh

Don't mess with my OL -

Its so hard to pick up a LT that isn't first round material.
That is why Harrison was such a hope for that diamond in the rough opportunity. He had the "TALENT" as mentioned by Rapp..."A ton of talent" not enough??? I think its been proven he had more than enough "talent" Just somebody needing to work hard simply was not and he had that entitlement attitude.
One you would expect to be the opposite and become a gym rat in the off season and work with his technique, but lazy is as lazy does. Its good bye and why you wish to state he didn't have talent when he did. Desmond...you could have been a contender...in my best Marlon Brando Waterfront accent!

Rapoport is a reporter, not any sort of talent evaluator. When a reporter references a nebulous term like 'talent', it doesn't carry that much weight to me as tracking a player's production and output using defined metrics, like the PFF score also in the post you are responding to. It goes much further and illustrates more information than an Ian Rapoprt (or any reporter for the matter) tweet.

To each his own.

Production is one thing...Talent is another and he didn't state just "talent" he stated a "TON OF TALENT"

Don't flim flam this to production you know better than that. we were discussing "TALENT" his lack of production was him not willing to do what was necessary to become relevant at LT. Talent is not even in the equation of why he was let got. Effort and Attitude or the lack of it was why he was let go. Btw in the past I have heard Joe Thomas make a similar evaluation of Talent for Harrison. But I know he has no clue either...lol learn when to give up or are you going just keep digging this hole...lol

DESMOND HARRISON
T, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT

Cardinals waived OT Desmond Harrison.

Harrison is facing charges of assault on a person by strangulation and assault on a female by a male in Greensboro, North Carolina. Police have issued a warrant for Harrison's arrest. Harrison started eight games for the Browns last year but was cut last month when he was late to minicamp. The Cardinals, along with a couple other teams, placed waiver claims on Harrison. He'll likely pass through waivers this time around with the off-field issue hanging over his head.

We all knew he had baggage, but clearly more than the fans thought. You hate when anyone goes down that path, let alone someone with that much ability/opportunity

Laziness was supposed to be his problem. Unfortunately the young man appears to have issues that go well beyond that. I hope he pays for what he's done, and that he also gets the help he obviously needs.

What business does any man.....let alone a man this size, have in assaulting or strangling a woman?

What could she possibly have done to warrant this type physicality....

People are dumb......and some people have some serious issues dealing with their ego's, their emotions, and their interactions with family and intimate partners....

Its kind of mind boggling....The things that grown folks do which they deem as acceptable.....

Yeah, maybe Dorsey is just good at reading "flags"... He'll bring you in when yours is tattered and torn, but he'll let you know how it's gonna fly from the beginning. He let Josh waive his around for a short time, and then made a definite and final decision. Nothing wrong with taking a chance as long as there is a thick line in the sand. That seems to be Dorsey's m.o.

good point .. hence the reason we released Gordon and Kendricks .. Callaway/Hunt are examples of us giving a chance to ... but it’s thinner ice than other players

Did the Browns release Desmond Harrison again?

I thought they released him two other times already.

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Kendricks is maybe not the greatest example of Dorsey handling these types of situations well. Despite that, Dorsey, once again, shows why he's one of the better GMs out there.

I think Dorsey got some outside influence on that one. No way we could have "white-collar crime" floating through our headlines again. I would bet Jimmy made a quick call on that one and Dorsey saw eye to eye. Kendricks was on the bus in two hours flat lol.

You know, I managed not to put 2 and 2 together on that one. That's a really good point.

Harrison might wind up in jail over this. Maybe he'll play on a prison team?

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Was this a Hue decision? OC? I can’t recall why he suddenly got benched ... but I think it was right around when Baker started to play
