While you are touting the unemployment numbers why don't you explain how the incarceration rate of blacks affects those numbers. I'd also like a clear explanation of how those numbers are calculated in a 'Trump' report.

The dems want to set us all up so we're all taken care of from cradle to grave. That's why they want to make everything free. When they control everything, we're all screwed. I said the gop gave people the opportunity to improve their lives, unlike the dems who want to provide them their lives. While you might be OK with everything for free, it has never worked in this world.

England, Australia and much of Europe are far to the left of the US political spectrum. They have nationalized healthcare, they have strong welfare programs to help the less fortunate.

I don't know if you've ever been to one of these countries where "western socialism" as some are trying to call 1st world countries actually giving a crap about people, the environment and society at large ???? None of them - even the uber high tax countries where their social programs are even stronger - NONE of them are remotely close to what you just wrote .... and to repeat, they are all left of the Democratic party in general.

The debate wasn't about healthcare - I used that as one part of example of what many 1st world countries around the globe and especially EU provide as part of political systems that is way, way left of centrist US democrats. Erik claimed that Dems want the world to suckle at the nipple of the government and ensure the population never want to improve their lot - the grand plan is to simply provide everyone stuff for free and have the govt. as the only power. . . . That narrative is the one that Trump and the Brain Dead on the right are spinning and evidently some are believing it. . . the point is you can (if you so choose) go to dozens and dozens of countries around the globe where capitalism is thriving, entrepreneurship is thriving, creativity and business both big and small is thriving ---- and they are all left of the USA Democrats. . . every example exposes the lie that Erik is spewing.

But Erik doesn't want to talk about that - he wants to spin away and talk about healthcare now. Another losing argument to be sure - but redirection and spin after his first grossly wrong statement.
