I thought this was the NFL, not parks and rec league flag football for 8u. If this is what the nfl calls football, you can kiss it goodbye. I agree all the way...watch we'll finally have a good team, but the NFL will be unwatchable due to these horrid penalties.

I believe refs call way, way more penalties in preseason than they due in regular season - at least they used to.
It's used as sort of a warning to teams as to what they COULD call in a regular season game.
