Thanks. I was reading an article about a "hybrid LB" position and wondered if he might fit, I guess like the defensive equivalent of an H Back.

If he is an agent of chaos, I want him out there, especially for pressure situations. Thanks for your reply. thumbsup

Not sure which but I think less of him or his agent (don't know who that was).

Did he agent say, if we do it this way (the way they did it) you'll make so much more money. Then I think less of the agent because we all knew that wasn't true. But I wouldn't fault Pryor for believing the "Expert"

If the agent said, take the Browns deal, that's the best you're going to get and Pryor said no, I think that I can do better. Agent "Dude, really?" Pryor "Yea really"Then I think less of Pryor.

I don't know how that conversation went down

His agent's rep should take a big hit for that gamble...he won't...but he should.

The agent gambled too...encouraged TP to take a card when he should have stayed...and lost TP's $$$.

Do we know this?
The agent could have discouraged him, Pryor was adamant about it so he replied Okay, I'll do what you want, you're the client but I'm telling thas isn't a good idea.

I doubt it. Cuts are at 4:00, correct?

Unless someone does not want to have to compete with another team for a waiver claim. But he will be on the streets in less than 2 hours.

Vested veterans don’t go on waivers.

Ok, thanks. I thought all released players went on waivers. Maybe thinking of fantasy football.

Browns released P Britton Colquitt.

NFL.com's Tom Pelissero reported Saturday that "The Scottish Hammer" Jamie Gillan has won the Browns' punting competition. Colquitt, a Pro Bowl alternate in 2018, was accordingly released in a corresponding roster move.

It does save us a few million which does help a bit ... but still a bit surprised as well

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

As of now...we have (5) DTs when we thought that that position was an area of weakness. Coley is on the bubble now.

(5) Wr #s seems low...but I've read where Calloway's suspension may get reduced to (2) games. No bubbles at WR.

Pharoah Brown has GOT to be on the bubble...right? De Valve is soooooo much better than that guy.

(10) OL to start the season? Wow. Corbett HAS to be on the bubble...right? Maybe Forbes gets IR'd now.

(5) LBS and (5) S's...both somewhat unusual #s...no bubbles there.

TT makes the team again as a CB/ST. He and Burris shouldn't sleep too tight without bubbles in their dreams.

I think Corbett's bubble is growing...McCray took a fair amount of snaps at C last year and played well... and can play G...Kush can play C as well. Corbett is quite limited at this point in time.

I agree here ... Corbett must show improvement quickly to stay rosterized

I think as a 2nd round draft pick he will get a much longer leash to see if he can develop into his potential. His bubble won't burst until at least game 8 IMO, and that's only if he continues to be ATROCIOUS. If he shows improvement at all I think they give him til next offseason at least.
