Mayfield didn't spend enough time in the offseason learning how to be a pro QB...all he did was train.
Ray Lewis is right, after him and Ed Reed retired there are no more masters in the NFL except Tom Brady...he is the master...and I guarantee you this off season, Brady spent 70% of it in front of a Tv somewhere with a remote in his hand clicking watching film 7 hours a day...Which is what Mayfield should have been doing instead of TV commercials.
Good news is though Mayfield is still young and has time, so he can work on that and let it really rip in year 3, but he needs to learn that he doesn't have things figured out yet..not by a longshot...

I don't think it;s Baker as much as the play calling. Very few outlet passes, long developing plays. Baker looking for big plays.
