Low scoring game ahead ... they have a good defense (Colts said it was the best D they’ve seen thus far)
This would put our fan base into complete chaos:
Broncos 16 Browns 13
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."
If browns lose this game...fire everyone and sell the team
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday. -John Wayne
The Browns "MAKE MINCEMEAT" out of the hapless Broncos
Mayfield........26 of 35, 335yds, 3 Tds
Chubb...........26 carrie's for 144yds, 1td.
Landry..........7 rec for 110yds, 1 td.
Beckham.........8 rec for 122yds, 2 tds.
Browns 33 Broncos 20
To Make Mincemeat Out of Someone or Something.......
To decisively and severely punish or defeat someone. If he doesn't stop teasing me, I'm going to make mincemeat of him. You better practice for Sunday's match, or your opponent will make mincemeat out of you.
Let this sink in..... On 12-31-23 it be will 123123. On the flip side, you can tune a piano but you can't tune-a-fish.
If one player takes it upon themselves to be super locked in and say 'I'm not letting us lose today'... I think it will trickle down to the rest of the team and the team plays inspired football. And possibly comes away with an easy win.
If they sulk and fall into the 'woe is me' mindset because the game isn't going their way or doesn't appear to be 'easy', it could be close.
On paper, this should be a win. But we've all seen this movie before.
I really have no good feel for this game. Right about the time when the Browns played the Falcons last year, I felt a run coming. And the books kept making them underdogs. But if you followed the team you could just see it (and make a ton of money).
I agree this is a must win. However, this is a team we've had trouble beating over the years especially at their place. I know we beat them there last year but we were playing better then and were sneaking up on people. I would not bet on winning this game and if we do it will be close their D is good and you all know how we mess up on O.
I think we either go off and score like crazy, or we have another fiasco and let this kid throw his first ever pass leading to a 300 3TD game and we get beat by 2+ scores.
This is ABSOLUTELY a must win. If the Browns players and coaches go out and continue to give us these below average performances laced with penalties and turnovers, there will be a house cleaning. The pressure is on.
Browns 23 Broncos 13
The Browns finally have a leader in the building. It won't be long before Jim Schwartz is in charge. Thankfully.
I have a feeling Freddie is going to fly them out Sunday morning arriving sometime around 1pm Denver time. That will give them about an hour to get to the stadium and get changed.
John 3:16 Jesus said "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”

I actually thought this too after reading some praise about Seibert on social media ... he’s been rock solid, wouldn’t it be our luck to have the REST of the team click and have Seibert cost us

Denver has a pretty good pass D, I don't expect much out of Baker. This being said, I think Chubb has a career day (ours, not theirs).
Baker 18 for 25, 190 yards 1 TD, 1 INT, 1 Fumble Lost, sacked 4 times Chubb 30 carries, 200 yards, 2 TD D - 2 INT, 5 sacks
Browns 27 Broncos 16
Is there Chubb bigger than ours?
Their chubb may have more size, but I bet our chubb has more endurance.
I just hope our Chubb doesn’t fumble prematurely again
