Trump is a small petty man. This is how he ran his development business, self-aggrandizement while trying to belittle and punish his rivals and competitors... what he doesn't seem to grasp is that when he became President, that means he is President of all 50 states (and some territories) and has to get over his pettiness about which states voted for him and generally like him and which don't and he has to treat them all the same...
