Pettine would be a great coach for this team.

This team wins despite Freddie.

How about another TO

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

We don't have a great play caller. We have Freddie. Hopefully this is the last season we have him. Gawd awful. His teams will never be better than .500. He just doesn't have what it takes to be an effective leader and a decent play caller.

well, looks like the Browns have another win. Go Browns. However, as far as playoffs, I still think one team will trip us up...Baltimore. I know we beat them that first game, they're not the same team, they punched NE in the mouth and beat them, they punched Seattle in the mouth and beat them, teams that we did NOT beat. Just my opinion Plus, we play in Arizona, never knwo how that will go, Cards are not great but they've won some games.

Still, if nothing else, I want to see the Browns beat the hell out of Pitts again, figuratively and literally. LOL

I will say, I love seeing he offense score 41, but I do believe that is more likely a symptom of playing the 2nd worst team in the NFL Still, a good win for the Browns. Go Browns.

RE: Greedy,

He is playing in his .... what ..... 7th game?

He was hurt for about half of the season. He's a rookie. He does some things well .... and he is still a work in progress in other areas.

Browns are not a playoff team with Freddie. Team needs a leader, a better game manager and an OC who understands how to use all the talent given the status of the game. Freddie strikes out on all three. He needs to go.

Love the Browns. Hate Freddie. On to Pittsburgh.

Even if this team can win out, Fredrick Kitchens needs the pink slip. It’s maddening how much he doesn’t want to run the ball when the rest of the NFL points out this team’s strength is the run.

I don't think that Freddie is necessarily a bad play caller. I think the issue is that he has too much on his plate. He can't do his HC duties AND call the plays.

To be a good playcaller dont you need to know what to call when? That last INT shouldn't have happened! That's not good playcalling.

We ran the ball 29 times. (Not counting QB scrambles/runs/kneel down)

That is a lot in today's NFL.

Pitt ran it 31 times against a bad Bengals' defense.

Teams simply don't run the ball 40 times in a game anymore.

Counting scrambles, we passed 34 times, and ran 31 times. That's great balance, and excellent play-calling.
