It’s part of the growth for a team, Bard, whatever the sport. Young teams don’t know how to win until they do.

Lets not forget, we have defeated the Ravens and at their house. They were the top Offense in the NFL at the time and their D was like #5 or something. So it was not a cake walk.
I think Buffalo will have the first Wild Card.
Lets just win out one game at a time and see what happens!

And this winning playing like we did should start when? Today was winnable but not the way we went after them like simpletons. They certainly managed to do more to us than we did to them. This one hurt. This is the best we have left?

We’ll start another one next week bud ... Won't matter. Browns cannot make the playoffs now. That's the only thing that matters.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I'll watch, but there is nothing to get excited about or look forward to. I'm sure Baker will throw for 5 TDs against a crappy team because that's what he does and 90% of the board will get all giddy.
Players play for money and to win. Fans watch to experience winning. The Browns can no longer make the playoffs. You're acting like next week should be enjoyable. Should it? If we win, it's meaningless.

We are on a 1 loss losing streak. Let's make it 5 in a row. Might as well. Draft position is all that matters now. Unfortunately Baker didn't break his hand. His specialty is beating crappy teams and we have 3 left. Probably looking at 8-8. It would be better if we just finished 5-11.

Not just for draft position but to also get Freddie out of here. Everyone in the nation can see he's not cut out to be a head coach, there's just a few on this board that can't see it.

I agree, and I am trying not to be reactionary with some hindsight and perspective of 12 games. Truth be told, this team is a disaster from a leadership perspective
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

So your not watching next week? ... prolly a good thing for your health ... Today was the first time I didn't watch in the past 7 years. Went on date and it was time well spent. My blood pressure thanked me for it, lol!

So our odds are the same as cheap beer. 6%.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I sure haven't seen that sentiment.

We can't beat a team starting their 3rd QB and missing their center, #1 WR and #1RB. Why would we still be talking about the playoffs.

My hopes for the playoffs were dashed when we laid an egg in Denver. If some miraculous alignment of the planets happens and we do somehow squeak in that will be amazing, but we know we won't go far.
In a season that was hyped and certainly supposed to be full of excitement...this has been a harder season than last year and almost as hard as the 0-16 season. Sure we beat Balt and Pitt, but who has had the last laugh? Maybe we will sweep Baltimore, but to be honest I don't see that happening. Hopefully though as that would take some wind out of their sails.

Agreed. At least when we went 0-16 I knew before season that the team stunk. We all bought into JD and he has failed us, miserably.

What this team needs is a few players who have actually made the playoffs, and who can be leaders on this team.
We need those guys who can tell players to shut it, when they need to shut it ... and to stop worrying about shoes, watches, and other crap. Yes, the coach can do this, but having a player who can take a guy aside and tell him to knock the crap off is vital.
