I’m at a loss about our defense too
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

This game should make ownership take a good long look at the coaching on this team if they haven't already...

I'm going to walk the dog!!.. Freddy will lose the last 3 games and there will still be excuses made for him. Baker has not progressed at all this year. Freddy cannot call a game. Changes have to be made.

This is the worst defense we've had in 20 years.
If Wilks is back, the browns don't care...

The faster we let Kitchens go the better for the organization, the fans, and the players. Hmm, Not sure how I feel about that one.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Can we bring Ryan Day in at halftime??? We need to do something. Get Day, Urban Meyer in here.
Find what you love and let it kill you.

Our defense is trash. 300 freakin' yards to the Cardinals in a half. Everyone can thank their "class act" Myles Garrett for that. BS.. if losing one guy turns you into this, then that guy must be superman. Myles isn't the reason they have massive holes up the middle and nobody on either side making a play. We still have 2 probowl players on the DL and another at MLB.. just crappy.

I’m at a loss about our defense too I would at least give Wilks a pass given the loss of depth and starting talent. Mack, Redwine, and TakiTaki were never even supposed to see time this year. Guys like Cox weren't even on the team.

They said barring "a major collapse ". What does that actually mean? Losing all 3? 2 of 3? I think not going at least 9-7 was a major failure.

This game should make ownership take a good long look at the coaching on this team if they haven't already... They've already been letting it out that Freddy is back next year. If they allow this entire staff to remain in place, it's gonna get ugly.

Kitchens couldn’t find the ground if he jumped off a 10 story building. I'm not going to stop beating this horse... Freddie is bad. I agree. Stay or go the Browns will muck it up regardless. But I see very little blame for the players and Baker specifically. Baker is trash. The Browns are no closer to solving their QB position than they were since 99. This is a huge part of the problem. If you "have to" run the offense through Chubb you've already lost. This game is about the QB. Have to be able to pass the ball. Baker and Myles were supposed to lead this team for the next decade. One has seriously regressed and the other is a knucklehead.

Pat Shurmur used to be my least favorite HC since the return. He has been dethroned by this clown because this team is legitimately more talented than we’ve ever had.

What's more likely, letting every player go or letting a coach go. Coaches get axed. That's the way it is.

The QB is not that good. And they have nothing to play for.

I don't think Kitchens has what it takes to be a head coach. If they bring him back next year the better hire a better OC, and strip Kitchens of playcalling.
How many times does he go to that god awful shovel pass that does nothing?
How many games, is he out schemed, out coached?

And why did he regress?
The coach. Zampese was the reason for bakers success last year. Freddy too the credit and fired Zampese.
You don't go from the best in the second half of the season to this without a coaching and scheme breakdown.
Baker has been bad...but it's on Freddy as well

I’ve said all year. Bob was right and they should have fired Lindley 10 weeks ago and brought in zampese. Only thing bigger than fat boys ego is his cholesterol number

Piss poor coaching. We now have Ryan Lindley who has little to no experience coaching QBs responsible for developing the franchise QB. I guess Wylie was right, Zampese had a lot to do with Baker's success last year.

I'm not excusing Freddie. Trust me.
But Baker has played like crap all year. It's not all Lindley.
