What exactly is a diluted sample? Like should you make a concerted effort not to drink too much water before a test even if you don't do drugs? From my understanding, Baun says he drank too much water before the weigh in I'm not sure why Jabril did, long day and cramps maybe?

I heard Dustin Fox on the radio talking about his time at the Combine. Said he was weighing in at 188-189 and he wanted to come in over 190, so he pounded about 6 gallons of water before the weigh-in.
