DB turned LB (undersized at 220lbs).. He's actually got some pop to him. I could see him being a guy we all root for to make the team. Probably won't happen tho.

JC...

I saw some mocks having OT Alex Taylor as a round 4/5 guy...so that's some pretty good UDFA value.

I have loved Austin Mack since I first saw him as a Freshman. He is tough and goes after the ball. A lot of tough breaks for that kid, but he is a baller.

Browns signed Oklahoma State CB A.J. Green.

Green (6'1/202) made 39 starts across 48 games in four years as a Cowboy, forcing an FBS-high 32 incompletions across his final two seasons with the Pokes. While his raw yards allowed (634 < 485 < 413) progressively decreased, his career 8.4 yards per target in coverage represents his struggles against Big 12 competition. He's also highly susceptible to getting burned, permitting the nation's sixth-most catches (14) of 20-plus yards on only 30 downfield targets. Green teased starting chops in manhandling NFL prospects Denzel Mims (1/16) and CeeDee Lamb (4/36) in 2019, but his 4.62 40-time and persistent downfield contact (flagged 15 times the past two seasons) project a fringe NFLer.

I’m just going to pretend that 7th rounder we used in the Saints trade we kept and picked AJ Green laugh

Obviously they view him as their 7th round pick. It appears like he has a chance to be in our future ... I’ll have to look more up about him

AJ Green hurt his back doing the bench press at the combine and then ran 2 slow 40's at the combine. A month later OSU had a pro day that was attended mostly thru video where he ran 4.4 40 yard dash. Those 2 slow 40;s at the combine cost him getting drafted. I think he sticks with the Browns.3 year starter in College.

Watched some of Sacramento State vs Fresno State on Youtube. He ended up on the ground a lot. Looked like a practice squad candidate at best to me, but you might be right about him moving to (probably rush) LB.

Hard to get a great feel for him as at 230-240 he was bound to struggle against getting doubleteamed by two 300+ lb OL.

Judging by his biceps he puts the work in in the weight room. Just not sure he has the frame for the trenches.

I know they're different people, but I don't know that I'll ever be comfortable with an Okie State DB again after Gilbert. Hopefully AJ can make me forget him.

Good thing Green is an UDFA, and not a 1st round pick like Gilbert was, so the risk is completely opposite. Also, I hope Green gets a shot, but I doubt he sees the field much if we have a healthy Ward, Greedy, and Mitchell.

From PFF's draft guide. They projected Green as 7th round pick to UDFA.

If Hunt wasn't such a troubled young man... however he could be out of the league at any moment. Also, I don't think he is signed yet. We put a 2nd rounder on him but has he signed? Makes sense to carry another back just in case. Especially if they can contribute on ST's.
