Hey thanks for the Paul Newman vote. He has always been one of my favorite actors.
Although I have been told I look like Bruce Willis.
Newman when he was into car racing owned a home very close by. Chipper Jones lived in the same gated neighborhood. He was a regular at our local Home Depot and around Atlanta.
I probably watched the Hustler a dozen times. When that movie came out; I was really into pool.

Good one Peen.
The one movie well actually a mini series that I think is one of the greats of all time is "Lonesome Dove."
Great story line, terrific cast, well written dialogue.
The character Augustus McCrae played by Robert Duvall is kinda like I perceive myself. Mostly light hearted often philosophical and every now and then dead serious.

I was thinking the same thing. I think some people are doing that subconsciously when choosing the actors already but this could still be fun. I'll start off - Vers - James Coughlin (The Town) Rocket - Clark (Good Will Hunting) Swish - Doughboy (Boyz n the hood) Milk - Trent (Swingers) Memphis - Mike (Swingers) Cfrs - Jason (Couples Retreat) Pit - Todd Cleary (Wedding Crashers) Clem - William Cleary (Wedding Crashers) Mg888 - Sack Lodge (Wedding Crashers) Rishuz - John McClain (Die Hard), Jason Bourne (Bourne Trilogy), Brian Mills (Taken), John Wick (John Wick), Robert McCall (The Equalizer) This is great. I have to expand my movie list. Once I got on one I realized you could almost do the entire board with one movie.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Maybe Jordan Peale, or Aisha Tyler
Tommy Lee Jones, from the fugitive, is YtownBrownsfan.

Vers - James Coughlin (The Town)
That is inappropriate. I am so far removed from that character that I can't even begin to explain it. But congrats on winning the approval of some folks. Thread took a downturn because this was never about "looks." It was about character roles.

Are we talking about the same character? You took offense to that? That guy stuck to his guns no matter what he was told or any evidence to the contrary. That's what made me think of him for you.
Is that bad?

No, that isn't bad. I never watched the movie, but I asked someone about it and was told he was a psychopath who would resort to killing people.
Believe me, that is not me. But, if I was misinformed, I apologize.

I'm nothing like that. Also, I can change my mind when presented w/evidence.
I won't be bullied into changing my mind, but I will change my mind if the evidence changes.
Anyway.......I think the thread took a negative turn. Y'all can have it. I intended it to be good matured fun w/just a hint of snark, but not to be insulting.

Dude, relax. You are taking it way too seriously. I've been called Christopher Lloyd and a big fat, sweaty, hairy guy (by you nonetheless). You called Magee88 Pinocchio. Are we really going to feign outrage?
Besides, right before posting I had just watched a scene in The Town where Jeremy Renner's character (you) and Ben Affleck's character had just gotten into it after Affleck said he was leaving town. Coughlin wouldn't have it. Hard headed. It was fresh on my mind.

That's the way it works. Slinging mud is easy for him. Getting mud tossed back is offensive.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
