Too bad a good portion of Congress is full of lawyers, and the Supreme Court would never let any sort of lawsuit regulation go through.

Doctors are like mechanics...

People come in and say it's making a noise, and expect the doctor/mechanic to figure it out and fix it on the first go.

To bad it's not that easy, and they are human, they make mistakes, they overlook thing. Could you imagine if we sued a mechanic every time they mis-diagnosed the problem?

or... I know the mom was on crack, never ate and never went to the clinic.. but any birth defects must be the doctors fault...
