You seem not know how S-corps are set up then. Profits after business expenses expenses flow to the shareholders as personal income.

I am a shareholder in a S-Corp for the past 17 years.

It is undesirable to operate a business with any employees outside of a corporate umbrella. S-corps are a common corporate form.

Just so I have the latest email scandal straight: Hunter Biden, who lives in Los Angeles, decides to fly 3000 miles across country to drop off 3 MacBook Pros at a computer repair shop run by a blind guy who charges the insanely low price of $85 for data recovery.

Hunter gets off the plane and drunk-drives to the repair shop in Wilmington desperate for service, because everyone knows there are no computer repair shops anywhere in LA. He staggers into the shop reeking of booze, drops them off, signs a contract for repair and then totally disappears, because he's so close to his easily-reachable dad that his dad is responsible for Hunter, but so not-close that his dad is unable to relay a message to Hunter that his computers are ready for pickup.


The repair shop owner recovers the data but instead of doing what data recovery people normally do when computers are abandoned, which is wipe the data clean and sell the hardware, he reads literally thousands of Hunter's *private* emails (half of which are probably the "Reply All" chains we hate) but a few of those thousands of emails may mention a possible meeting arrangement between his dad and a Ukrainian guy. (For what? it's not mentioned.)


Repair Shop Guy is so alarmed that he contacts the FBI. The FBI arranges to pick up the hard drives, but Repair Shop Guy chooses to take the completely normal step of copying those drives. Once he realizes the FBI isn't doing anything with them (Hmmm... wonder why) , he calls up the most credible ex-Mayor on Earth and hands him their contents.


That totally credible ex-Mayor is also so alarmed by these emails that instead of immediately going public or talking to Barr's DOJ, he sits on them for months and then chooses to release them 3 weeks before the election.

The responsible media then asks to independently verify their validity through a forensic analysis of the emails' metadata, but said ex-Mayor does what all normal people trying to prove facts and truth do, and chooses to totally ignore all of these requests.

Hunter Biden’s ex-business associate Tony Bobulinski accused Democratic nominee Joe Biden of lying about his involvement in his family’s overseas dealings in a stunning appearance just 90 minutes before Thursday evening’s presidential debate.

“I have heard Joe Biden say he has never discussed his dealings with Hunter. That is false. I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden,” Bobulinski said following The Post’s bombshell reporting on Hunter Biden’s private emails.

Bobulinski, who will be a guest of Trump’s at the debate, showed three phones spanning 2015 to 2018 as evidence and said he would be meeting with the Senate and the FBI to hand over electronics.

The US Navy veteran said he was introduced to the former veep in May 2, 2017 by Hunter Biden and the lawmaker’s brother Jim Biden before the Milken Conference.

“That night, we discussed the Biden’s history, the Biden family’s plans with the Chinese, with which he was plainly familiar, at least at a high level,” he said in Memphis, Tenn., ahead of the final debate between President Trump and Biden.

“I have no wish to bury anyone. I’ve never been political. The few contributions I have made have been to Democrats. But what I am is a patriot and my business reputation,” he said.

Bobulinski came forward earlier Thursday to corroborate emails revealed exclusively by The Post last week about the Biden family’s murky overseas dealings in China involving both Hunter Biden and uncle Jim Biden.

The US Navy veteran accused former vice president Joe Biden of being directly involved in a plot to make millions of dollars, identifying to him as “the big guy” named in the May 13, 2017 email.

Bobulinski also released hundreds of damning text messages and emails from his time as CEO of the company being formed between the Biden family and China’s largest private energy company, named SinoHawk Holdings.

In one message sent on May 20, 2017 by a fellow SinoHawk partner, Bobulinski was warned not to mention the Democratic nominee’s involvement in the SinoHawk deal.

“Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u [sic] are face to face, I know u [sic] know that but they are paranoid,” a screenshot of the message read.

Biden and wife Jill Biden have both dismissed the reporting as a smear campaign, as has the Biden campaign.

arch and I go back and forth all the time. I consider it more barbs and jabs and never really take any of it personally. It's just the nature of this forum and if you don't have thick skin I think you're at the wrong location.

I try to have serious discussions with those who try to do likewise. Then take the gloves off with those who seem to employ those same tactics. As I said, I don't take the back and forth between arch and myself seriously.

-"Better life for black people" - Based on? People can claim anything they want. Unemployment was low (which is always good), but there are more things to point at when looking at "better life" than just unemployment numbers.

-"Peace with North Korea" - We weren't at war.

-"Better trade deals" - Our trade deficit is the highest it's been in 10+ years, and we are subsidizing to make up for losses at home.

-We have more troops deployed now than when Trump was elected.

-America grew the most on the Energy front under Obama, not Trump.

-He has deregulated industries to allow more pollution/contamination/dumping, he isn't making it better.

-Obama had 7 consecutive years of job growth, and was averaging +225,000 job PER MONTH in 2014 and 2015. Trump's BEST months had +193,000 jobs. The Stock Market grew more under Obama in his 1st term than under Trump in his first term, though the stock market doesn't equal the economy.

- Getting our military "back on track" of spending more money then the next 20+ countries combined, most of whom are allies.

Sheldon Adelson Pumped $75 Million Into New Pro-Trump Super-PAC

A small group of GOP megadonors are pouring millions of dollars into a new super-PAC aiming to help Donald Trump over the finish line in the closing weeks of the 2020 election.

Casino tycoon Sheldon Adelson and his wife, Miriam Adelson, are far-and-away the largest donors behind the group, called Preserve America. The Las Vegas couple poured $75 million into the committee in August and September, according to records filed with the Federal Election Commission Thursday.

Home Depot cofounder Bernie Marcus put in another $5 million to the group. Arkansas banker Warren Stephens gave $2 million. Wisconsin roofing billionaire Diane Hendricks gave $1 million.

All are well-established names on the Republican Party’s roster of megadonors. The Adelsons have now spent more than $125 million this election cycle.

As a super-PAC, Preserve America can accept unlimited contributions from individuals. The group filed paperwork to form in August and quickly started spending millions on digital ads and media buys. Preserve America has spent over $75 million on independent expenditures, according to records filed with the FEC. In total the group has raised $83.8 million—97% of it from those aforementioned tycoons.

Thanks to its billionaire benefactors, Preserve America has quickly emerged as one of the top super-PACs working against Joe Biden. The group’s ads, so far, focus on depicting Biden as “too weak” to be president. Another pro-Trump super-PAC, America First Action, has raised $82.9 million since 2019. At least one-quarter of that money came from billionaires, including Stephens and Hendricks, according to an analysis of FEC filings. The Adelsons and Marcus last gave to the group in 2018.
