I would seem that fishtheice is the last, lone holdout. I give him credit for standing tall.

I kinda wish that they'd return. I was rather looking forward to showing them some class, by refraining from gloating about the election numbers. Might have opened up some good talk after 4 years of flamefest clusterage.

I openly admit to my share of stink up in these halls, but I will say this: I at least stuck around after 45's win. I watched them slap high-5's for 2 years, and continued to try to talk policy along with the smack.

These days?
Nothing.

I would say Vers is because his name is removed from the user list. Pit isn’t but hasn’t posted since the election. He is alive and kicking posting on Facebook in a group called Civil Discourse. Funny, I know.

Diam is around but not posting.

Eve still posts....

The rest are in recovery mode, denial, or trying to get Rudy’s job. I wish them well.

I guess they can be termed MAGAHatters.

True story, the mercury used by hat makers would eventually alter the brain, causing the victim to go mad... Hence the term Mad hatter..... I guess mercury has the same effect as Trump on the brain...

Well, if republicans thought Trump was gonna help out in Georgia, they were sorely mistaken.

Trump is out here tweeting and retweeting attacks against their governor and other republicans. Dude is trying to drag the entire party down with him.

Very well said. No real hyperbole. Just facts and logical conclusions drawn from those facts. Firm, but not over the top.

She's an IT person, not an election person. When not talking in hyperbole, she clearly doesn't know what she's talking about.

If she actually says something solid later on, then I missed it. I only have so much patience for the 'valley girl' shtick, so I only watched for about 5 minutes.

That, and she admitted to only signing an affidavit, which can be rescinded at any time. It is not "sworn" testimony. Most of her statement was pure opinion.

At the end of the day, I'll say the same thing I said when we kicked off this whole election fraud ridiculousness.

If there's a legit concern about something wrong with the election, then investigate. But it's put up or shut up. If you have compelling evidence, then show it. I think we're getting past the point (government runs at its own pace) where the people yelling fraud need to have their bullhorns taken away. If you have evidence, then let's see it. So far, I've seen no actual investigation into any sort of widespread fraud, and little to no substantive call for one. I hear a lot of yelling with little substance or evidence behind it.

Let's not forget a judge already dismissed her claims weeks ago.

The fraud testimony starts at the 7:14 mark. The Senate panel was very interested in what she had to say!

Official: DOJ Will Continue to Pursue All Specific and Credible Allegations of 2020 Election Fraud

Kristina Wong

2 Dec 2020

A Department of Justice official said the DOJ will continue to pursue allegations of fraud related to the 2020 election, after the Associated Press (AP) reported that Attorney General Bill Barr had not found any evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the election.

A DOJ spokesperson said in a statement on background to Breitbart News and other outlets that the department has not concluded anything yet:

Some media outlets have incorrectly reported that the Department has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election. That is not what the Associated Press reported nor what the Attorney General stated. The Department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as expeditiously as possible.

The AP had reported on Tuesday evening:

Disputing President Donald Trump’s persistent, baseless claims, Attorney General William Barr declared Tuesday the U.S. Justice Department has uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election.

Barr’s comments, in an interview with the The Associated Press, contradict the concerted effort by Trump, his boss, to subvert the results of last month’s voting and block President-elect Joe Biden from taking his place in the White House.

Barr told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”

Last month, Barr issued a memo authorizing U.S. attorneys to pursue substantial allegations of voting irregularities before the certification of the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Barr reportedly clarified in the AP interview that there is a difference between systemic allegations the federal criminal system would handle and allegations that state or local officials would address via audits.

“There’s a growing tendency to use the criminal justice system as sort of a default fix-all, and people don’t like something they want the Department of Justice to come in and ‘investigate,’” he said.

“Most claims of fraud are very particularized to a particular set of circumstances or actors or conduct. They are not systemic allegations [and] those have been run down; they are being run down,” he added. “Some have been broad and potentially cover a few thousand votes. They have been followed up on.”

The Trump Legal Team, led by Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, said there has not been “any semblance” of a DOJ investigation:

With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth.

They added they would “continue our pursuit of the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and continue toward the Constitution’s mandate and ensuring that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not.”

“Again, with the greatest respect to the Attorney General, his opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud,” Giuliani and Ellis said.

SO I listened at the 7:00 mark to see if there was ANY validity ...

And after 30 seconds it's apparent this is a crock of horse manure. She talks about the correct procedure when a ballot gets jammed. Said the total/tabulation needs to be discarded, start again with the jammed ballot on top. She then says that this wasn't done, that they didn't know what they were doing and that ballots were counted 8, 9 10 times or more.

Sorry - that would mean that ballots would have to routinely jam 8 or more times consistently. We'd still be counting.

Not only that if votes were counted 8 - 9 - 10 times .... it would very very very quickly be exposed. You cannot tell me that there is not a "master" total of all the ballots. And that the total is not compared to the votes counted. Hey - 10,000 people voted and we have 10,000 ballots but we have 70,000 votes for Biden and 10,000 for Trump !! Not happening. Also -if ballots were counted like that - the numbers of votes for Biden/Trump would exceed the population in the districts.

A crock of stinky horse doo-doo. Only a fool like Trump and Rudi could try and believe this schtick.

It was quiet because I was just sitting back watching Trump supporters and their crazy conspiracy theories drown.

It was real. It was fun. Too bad it wasn't real fun.

Trump and Rudy don't believe it, they're just selling it and laughing all the way to the bank as they continue to fleece the gullible out of as much money as they can in this moment. In a way, it's sad. The people being fleeced truly believe the con and they're likely the ones that can least afford to spare $20 here or $30 there.

Ohio tea party leader urges Trump to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law to hold new vote

By Jeremy Pelzer, cleveland.com
COLUMBUS, Ohio—A prominent Ohio tea party leader has taken out a full-page ad in the Washington Times calling on President Donald Trump to temporarily suspend the Constitution and declare martial law to stage a “re-vote” of the 2020 presidential election.

The ad, placed by Tom Zawistowski of the We the People Convention, drew swift criticism from at least one top Ohio Republican.

In the ad, Zawistowski states that when Democrat Joe Biden is formally elected the next president, as is expected, Trump should order the U.S. military to oversee a new election for federal candidates using only paper ballots.

Zawistowski cited unfounded claims of voter fraud, many of which have been vocally pushed by Trump himself. Trump’s campaign has filed dozens of lawsuits in battleground states narrowly won by Biden, though those suits have mostly been thrown out or withdrawn.

“Without a fair vote, we fear, with good reason, the threat of a shooting civil war is imminent,” the ad states, adding a vague warning that if Trump doesn’t declare martial law, “We will also have no other choice but to take matters into our own hands, and defend our rights on our own.”

Zawistowski, also the executive director of the Portage County Tea Party, has been one of Ohio’s most visible tea party leaders. Known in Ohio political circles as “Tom Z.,” he ran unsuccessfully for Ohio Republican Party chair in 2013.

The exact extent of Zawistowski’s influence is debatable, though a candidate forum he organized in suburban Columbus in 2017 attracted three of the four Republicans who were running at the time for governor, including now-Gov. Mike DeWine, as well as hundreds of tea party activists.

In 2018, he made the news again when he denied that an offer to endorse then-Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor’s gubernatorial campaign in exchange for $1 million to help fund candidates for the state Republican Party’s central committee constituted an “extortion” attempt.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost wrote on Twitter that the ad is “utterly irresponsible, ahistorical and without precedent or legal rationale.”

Yost, a Columbus Republican, submitted a non-binding legal brief last month in support of one of the lawsuits filed on Trump’s behalf in Pennsylvania, which Biden won by about 80,000 votes, according to certified totals.

This is a real witness testifying in a hearing.

Conservatives get upset with the left and, well, the world when we make fun of them.

Well, y’all need to explain this.

This is the most substantive argument for widespread election fraud the pres's legal team can put together.

I challenge anyone to sum up this whole 'fraudulent election' situation better than that.

And ... on the back of this clearly fake/false claim that the election was fraudulent and stolen from Trump:

- Election workers are getting death threats.
- There has been a call to martial law
- a poll suggested 1/2 of all Republicans believe the Election result was rigged.

Trump and Cult of Trump's finest hour.
