My answer is like every other problem that comes along in life. Do the very best you can to help stop the problem. Do everything in your power to help solve it.

I'm sure you weren't raised that when a problem comes along that could mean the difference in the survival of the planet to just throw your arms up in the air and say, "Well I'm not sure taking sensible measures will help so I give up."

I'll tell you for sure what's not the answer. Doing nothing.

Time to yell at the whole world then including yourself because nobody is doing a thing. Why.... Because we as humans can't stop the earth from warming or cooling.

We can certainly stop contributing to it and making it worse. We are each responsible for ourselves. I will do everything in my power to stop the nation I live in to simply do nothing. We used to be proud of being the leaders of the world. Of trying to set the example for others. I still am.

If you are burning gasoline, using electricity, and aren't using a scrub board down by the creek, you aren't doing enough.

I'm supporting those who are pushing for cleaner energy. It's a part of why I vote the way I do. I organize the places I go so many errands can be ran at once saving multiple trips into town which means I burn much less gas. I regulate my thermostat and just last year bought the most energy efficient heating system for my home on the market.

You see, until such time as the culture changes, there's really only so much each of us can do. Supporting those pushing for change will help speed it along.
