He kinda strikes me as just another average RB. He's fast and likes to cut and all, but nothing overly special. He's got a lot of work to do in order to displace anyone from the roster and still be here in September.

... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.
I'll be surprised if he doesn't make the roster. His style of play is just efficient. He's not particularly flashy just precise. A lot of the things he does look effortless but they are productive.

Agree with Guard. Everything is fluid and effortless. After watching some clips I had to google and see if the Rose Bowl switched from grass. His cuts look like sticky feet on super-fast artificial turf.
I like D'Ernest Johnson, but I'm afraid his days with the Browns are coming to an end.
If anything, he is a WR in RB clothes and if he makes the team he would be in that No huddle shotgun 4 minute drill RB...a lot of catches and possibly some big yardage draw plays.
jmho...if he makes the team of course he would have to contribute in Special Teams.
