His segment, seen Mondays and Thursdays, debuts Monday, Jan. 15 on ?19 Action News at Five.? ?Channel 19 is definitely the most provocative and most willing to push the envelope. I definitely fit in with that,? Brown said. His segments will encompass sports, news, politics and more. Brown was among about 60 Plain Dealer newsroom employees who accepted a buyout package in an effort to cut costs. He left the newspaper in late November after 19 years.

Considering who his new employer is, I should've seen this one coming. Perfect match for the level of journalism Channel 19 exhibits.

Is Triv still going to be on 19? I know him and Sharon Reed got into it on smoking and she said if he didn't appolgize she was going to get him. Never did hear what came of that.

Wow, talk about a match made in heaven,,, With channel 19's sensationalistic style and Roger Browns "If I can't get the truth, I'll just make it up" style,,, they were made for each other..
Just another in a long line of reasons not to watch that news program.

Of course 19, the worst news channel in Cleveland. Well, I read his crap in the PD just b/c I read everything in the sports section, but I will deffinatly continue to not watch 19.
