My guess is that Wills is out while Hubbard, Tretter, and Conklin got rest days.

I’m hoping to see Delpit finally

I agree. I'd allow Wills to get another week's rest in a game that for all intents and purposes is already won.

It's troubling to see the injury list so long, but I'm starting to think we need to recalibrate how we look at these reports. I do wonder if guys are showing up on the list more to manage their freshness throughout the season vs them sustaining serious injuries (guys that are listed on the report now maybe wouldn't be for previous/other coaching staffs). Not trying to be conspiratorial, just trying to reconcile us having Tretter, Conklin, and Hubbard DNP even though we didn't see anything happen to them in the game. Lots of others guys as limited as well.

As far as the upcoming game goes... while I'm dismayed to have our injury list I'd much rather have ours than theirs (with Watson there on the bottom).

I don’t mind Hubbard being out (although replacing him with a late round rookie is problematic). Tretter being out would be a minor crisis.

Better early than late in the season as long as there are no long term injuries.

Adam Schefter
@AdamSchefter
Browns are placing starting LB Anthony Walker on IR with a hamstring strain, per source. Walker should be back in three weeks.

not that big of a loss imo, walker isn't very good at all. We will probably see alot more 3 safety this week and JJJ will be making the calls I would assume. Good chance for JOK to get some PT but pretty small for a MLB

I don't think Walker had his best showing vs KC, but I doubt many LBs will look good trailing 5+ yards behind Kelce when they're supposed to be covering them. I have little doubt he would've bounced back vs our upcoming opponents.

Beating a dead Horse .. Woods and Company stated from his hire that LBer's were not a priority in his scheme .. ( and it shows )Walker might not be an pro bowler , but he is a smart and physical LB .. He will be missed. . Shoot . use Joe Jackson on some downs .. You know , creative ?? lol

Yeah he wasn’t good. He’s not good in coverage. He’ll be best against Baltimore and Pittsburgh IMO

Who gets the green dot? John Johnson had it with the Rams.

Getting Tretter back is a huge deal.

It looks like a third stringer at left tackle.

Do not like the idea of Hudson at T

With Hubbard out and Hudson so raw, why wouldn't Hance or Dunn get the call? Hance was serviceable in our last playoff game.

Dunn has been dinged so his recovering from injury might be the issue there.

I feel way better about our offense with Hubbard than the other options unfortunately

With the loss of Walker, what is some of your opinions on grabbing Muse, LB off of the Seattle PS team? Could be a step up from Wilson

It's pretty amazing the laundry list of injured players we have every year.

If it's not Chaos, it's not Cleveland.
