Because o the penalty in the pass int in the end zone, first and goal = first down number 5 for Browns
The Run by Chubb,
( inside line up, and inside run. ) (which isn't always best but whatever) Touchdown Browns becomes now 1st down number 6 for the Browns, (if we include the defensive score for a TD by ward, as a "first down".
Bad guys still have 9 first downs. ...
Browns now 1 for 1 on 3rd down conversions on the pass int. penalty.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.
