I wasnt going to pick the browns anyways because the raiders seem to match up well against us up front to begin with. They dominated us in the trenches last season and will do the same this Saturday. Especially now with most of our players on the covid list. I would expect the raiders to be able to run the ball at will. With 3 starting offensive linemen out honestly I would just run the wildcat or something. There is a good chance both Baker and Keenum will be injured badly behind that line. This loss will mark the end of our playoff Hope's as the Bengals, Steelers and ravens laugh at us.
Browns 0 Raiders 27

My prediction is we will be forced to play despite being decimated by Covid.
I also predict that one of the big market teams in the play off hunt will have a game rescheduled with less players out with Covid.
Browns win either way.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

How swish? It's a honest question. It doesn't seem possible at this point

How swish? It's a honest question. It doesn't seem possible at this point we just have to win. our defense can limit damage, though i doubt they hold this offense to under 20. and im banking on the ravens win - no matter how annoyed some of the players were with the playcalling - to be the thing that re energizes this team. raiders defense can be toyed with, and im banking on stefanski continuing his mind numbing playcalling by blowing the wad in the 1st half and then taking a nap in the 2nd.

Putting a side all frustrations and good feelings from the previous 13 games.. the team is 7-6 and a game behind the Ravens (who suck )
Take thee Browns to my Super Bowl Dreams, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part, according to God's holy ordinance; and thereto I plight thee my troth ! Just beat the Raiders and every team after !

watza matta you, watza matta you too.
I think the Browns are going to dominate this game, it will be the first time the Browns hit 50+ points all season. Touchdown Baker running! Touchdown Chubb! Touchdown TE or equil not named Njoku.? Touchdown Denzel Ward, I mean it's going to be a festival. Touchdown Higgins, Touchdown DPJ, Touchdown Chase McLaughlin, oh my! on the fake.
I'm thinking Browns, Eleventy Million Fifty Three hundred and Twelve!! and the raiders score a flat tire. And Santa Clause comes early on the lake on a jet ski, doing circles on a jet ski in the Lake.
Browns run the running game, right over James Hudsons' blocks for 400,000 plus yards on the day, it's going to be a festival. Jingle bell! Jingle Bell! Jingle Bell BLOCK!!!
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Zero chance the Browns win this game.
Take the Raiders on the moneyline. Easy money.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Close game IMO. I’ll wait to see if Waller plays. We really need the run game to carry us (obviously) and to be able to limit Renfrow and Jacobs
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Didn't the newly negotiated COVID protocols do away with rescheduling games due to infection? Don't we have to forfeit if we can't get our COVID situation under control or something?
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Didn't the newly negotiated COVID protocols do away with rescheduling games due to infection? Don't we have to forfeit if we can't get our COVID situation under control or something? Nope. Games are allowed to be rescheduled, there was even some talk of an extra week being added to the end of the season (before playoffs) early on. Quickly, the narrative shifted to attacking the unvaccinated to force them into compliance once Goodell released his famous memo. The league has notified all 32 clubs that in the event a game can't be rescheduled due to a COVID-19 outbreak that stems from unvaccinated players, that team will forfeit that contest and a loss will be tagged to their record (their opponent will be awarded a win) -- CBS Sports NFL Insider Jonathan Jones confirmed -- and it will impact playoff seeding. What's more is that the league isn't stopping there, but also making the offending team responsible for financial losses stemming from the canceled contest, and additionally it will be subject to direct punishment from commissioner Roger Goodell in addition to these two penalties. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...o-covid-19-outbreaks-among-unvaccinated/Since the extra week didn't happen, and bye weeks have evaporated, the only remaining option is delaying games within the same "game week".

Ok, I got my wires crossed there.... game can't be rescheduled if due to infections from unvaccinated players only.
Gotta admit, with the nature of omicron that wrinkle to the rule isn't going to age very well.

My prediction. Forfeit!!! I do not see how the Browns field a team if more infections which are expected occur.

Browns is the Browns

Do you mean another win like last week when Stefanski was doing the play calling?
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Due to Covid, I’m going to amend my prediction.
35-17 browns.

So is this gonna be a Van Pelt - Keenum affair? What has all this torrent of COVID done to Vegas betting? What if this week was for all the marbles on SB Sunday?
Might be fine to allow players less stringent rules, like one pass, especially for short weeks games, and if they pass one test. If that can't be dialed back to something more reasonable, what player's benefit to vaccines and booster , beyond personal well being?
Some teams are in a forced march to find players enow to field a team. Quality level of skilled play may approach strike ball and The Replacements. Bets are off; "No Craps Given."

What irritates me is if we lose, and I would say the odds of that are extremely high, the raider and browns will both be 7-7. Of we wind up with the same record at end of season they win the wildcard tie breaker

I dont think we can get a WC spot anyways. Indianapolis will get one by default cuz their division is trash. And our losses to the AFCW top 2 will doom us.
It’s gotta be division or bust
