The Weather Channel? Seems about right, weatherman is usually about 50/50, so I can see why they have a 50% "trustworthy" rating. I don't think "trustworthy" is the correct term, since the rating would have to be based on the content one expects from the media outlet. It's not that I don't trust the weatherman, I just don't give him 100% confidence in his witchery to predict the future.

I'd be curious to see Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms listed as well.

Seeing that 90% of the media is a wing of the Democratic party, it's no wonder the splits are like that.

Sadly, I feel the weather channel is probably the most polarizing of all the channels, haha.

Weirdly enough, Republican distrust of the weather channel tracks with the purple dot.

The Weather Channel is notorious for its disingenuous reporting and staged theatrics around major weather events, so the only thing I find surprising is that the number who trust it implicitly is as high as it is.
