While I certainly agree with you that they are both on the extreme fringes of their respective parties which does nothing to help further our government being able to compromise and move forward, I don't think you can compare the two in terms of hateful rhetoric.

Hard to find facts....JMHO, both parties and major networks slate any narrative to fix their agenda....news isn't reported much, they try to make it.....the congresswomen I mentioned....both spout crazy stuff in my opinion- Greene with her conspiracy nonsense and AOC with her far, far, far left ideas- just nuts to me. About my favorite Congressman is Manchin- he's liberal yet conservative fiscally. I'm mostly conservative but have liberal leanings. Peace to all.

Sure...when those mail-in ballots were requested by legit voters - rather than mailing ballots to everyone on the books whether they wanted one or not. (Note: That actually happened.)

How about when several states changed their election laws without the required state legislation to do so? People made "laws" - or changed laws - who had no authority to do so. (Note: That actually happened.)

How about the Hunter laptop suppression and deflection? (Note: That actually happened.)

Influencing/stealing includes more than just counting ballots.

In regards to ballots, a guy who rarely left his basement running with THE most unpopular primary candidate in memory as his side-kick managed 15% more of the popular vote than our uber-popular, first black President got with the basement-dweller himself as his sidekick...while losing some % of Latinos vs what Clinton got. (Note: That actually happened.)

There is enough there to make a person skeptical...and with Nancy in charge of the House...nothing meaningful was going to get investigated.

15% more popular votes than Obama received...yeah, right.

Team trump and all of his cronies haven't been able to prove any wide spread voter fraud. Yet they, and it appears you as well keep referencing it.

You mean the supposed deflection Zuckerberg claims he can't even remember them asking for about that specific story? Must be.

Is that you Rudy?

After four years of trump you really shouldn't be surprised, yet you are.

After four years of the nastiest human being ever in the White House being president, you seem to think that context isn't part of the equation. It is. He and those who think being the nastiest human being possible won't motivate people to vote against trump have created your own faux skepticism.

Just sharing.

POLITICS CBS News poll: Big majority favor maximum age limits for elected officials

We live in an era of stark political division, but there's at least one aspect of politics both sides agree on: a maximum age limit for elected officials. Most feel that after a certain age they should not be permitted to hold office.

There isn't just agreement across political lines, but across demographic groups, like age, too. Young and old, including seniors, favor maximum age limits for elected officials.

And far more Americans believe additional young people in elected office would be a positive for U.S. politics than a negative.

So what should that age be? When offered a list of ages, Age 70 is the top answer chosen. This is older than the current average age of members of Congress, but about a third of current U.S. senators are 70 years of age or older.

While young and old alike think elected officials should not be permitted to serve after a certain age, younger Americans are a bit more likely than older people to put that maximum age at 60 years old.

Would having more young people in elected office make politics better? Many think it would. We asked about a list of groups and even though no single group or answer garnered a majority overall, the top response was having more young people in elected office (followed closely by having more women in office).

Few Americans feel that having more older people serving in public office would make politics better. By more than three to one, they think that would make politics worse, not better, and this includes older Americans.

This CBS News/YouGov survey was conducted with a nationally representative sample of 2,085 U.S. adult residents interviewed between August 29-31, 2022. The sample was weighted according to gender, age, race, and education based on the U.S. Census American Community Survey and Current Population Survey, as well as to 2020 presidential vote. The margin of error is ±2.6 points.

Let's not forget the impact of 4 years of hate and bile from Trump had on voter turn out. Not only did Biden pick up the votes from disgusted voters who voted for Trump in 2016, Biden also picked up votes because he wasn't Hilary and then record turnout among some of the minority groups.

It's all very easy to understand and the only shock is that it wasn't a greater differential than 15%
