Billick brought his team back from being down double digits in the 4th.
Ok then,
RAC brought his team back in the Bengals game from a 1st quarter deficit.
RAC never even allowed the Rats to get into that game and beat them squarely.
RAC damn near allowed Miami to come from behind for a win but he held them off in that game.
RAC brought the team back from 14 points down in the Rams game for a win.
RAC brought the team back for an over-time win in the Seattle game.
And, last but not least, RAC brought his team back from behind in over-time to beat the Rats.
My point, why does Billick get the credit for bring his team back in a loss while RAC gets none for the 6 wins the Browns have.
That's my problem with the majority of fans who dis RAC. They give opposing head coaches all the credit for their wins while only giving RAC credit for our losses.
RAC is the head coach. Ultimately, everything falls back to his responsibility. That is credit for the wins as well as credit for the losses.
Some of you guys kill me with your agenda's and double standards regarding our head coach.
QFT
I went to the bar today to watch the game. It killed me, when we had a good drive, made good plays, they cheered DA, Winslow, Chud etc, anyone but RAC. When we had a stalled drive they started blaming RAC.

Is it possible to be on the watch list for getting fired and the watch list for coach of the year at the same time? Because if RAC gets this team to double digit wins, he's on a short list with about 3 other guys for that honor, depending on how teams finish... My guess is that Mike McCarthy is probably the front runner at this point... but RAC is definitely on the list...

The past two weeks we have given up double digit leads late in the game.
It's funny how easy we forget when it's a certain agenda we want to push...
Let's go back three games..,, Down by 15 to the Rams,, we come back and win... Up by a bunch over the Steelers,,, they come back and wins. Then come the Ravens, we are up by double digits as you put it, they come roaring back, almost win the game but when it counted most, we did what we had to do and we won..
RAC took the heat for the Pittsburgh game and in my eyes, he's that kinda stand up guy that I want coaching the browns... But when you get into situations like this (and it happens) the guy who comes out on top is the guy I want... 2 out of 3,, RAC and the Browns came out on top.. for that matter, 6 out of 10 this year, RAC and the Browns have come out on top..
Sorry,, but I don't think you are correct about RAC... so I suspect it's better that we agree to disagree cause you ain't changing my mind!
All I can say then, is I hope you are right. To me, he seems like he doesn't know what he is doing out there, but I sure hope he does and I sure hope he takes us to a Super Bowl.

i chalk a lot of the romeo hating up to just plain racism, no matter how far we have come, there are people that just dont think african americans can handle the job...say nothing of tony dungy, herm edwards, lovie smith etc.
i was out in pittsburg during this past offseason, and there were a couple of normal sounding guys, not hillbillies (well, as non-hilbilly as you can get, and still be near pittsburg) and they said a few things like "i dont know about this new BLACK head coach..." while reffering to tomlin.
Romeo has done a better job this year motivating the guys, you can see it in the locker room footage, and you can see it on the sidelines...romeo is getting into the games more, showing more fire on the sidelines...because last year, there wasnt much to be fired up about.

I didn't realize a certain accent made you a racist.

I don't understand that racism thing.. not sure it really applies here.
Most fans that don't like RAC or are at least down pretty hard on him have specific reasons. Mostly game managment issues like the clock, time outs, challenges and some go/no go decisions he makes. Some don't like that he stands up for people and defends them... those that think that actually think they know something about football that RAC and Savage don't. (which begs the question, which NFL team do they work for)
I find most of those things nitpicky, some are just stupid,, some probably are just people wanting a different coach, but racist... No, I don't think that's at issue here.
