Two poorly playing teams that had higher expectations for the season
with the additions of new QBs
I'm going to root for the Colts, I used to take my close friend Natalie to
Lucas Oil Stadium once a season to watch her Colts Play
And the fact I can't forget the 1986 drive and the
87 fumble

Why don't they put the padding on the helmet In the last 40 years, I've never seen that on the field in a game, and now we see it twice in a handful of weeks? Smoke. Fire. There's something up.
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

Why don't they put the padding on the helmet Helmets and their logos are part of the brand. Nobody would ever agree to the that. Owners would lose their minds. Too much money involved. Concussions are an accepted part of the game. It's a known and accepted risk when you walk on to the field. Those pads make them look goofy, too.

IMO, in an alternate universe where wilson was traded to cleveland, there is no way in hell that Stefanski would have wilson playing from shotgun this much. i dont get this offense.

Not being argumentative, but there is no way they ever cover up a logo. That's money and brand recognition.
Seat belts aren't a brand that make people money.
Also, this game is hard on the eyes to watch!

This game makes me appreciate being a Browns for sure
The seat belt thing was a reference about change
I understand the difference about money and a fancy helmet
but what safety
the government put it in place for seat belts for safety for the citizens
and the nfl is doing what for the safety of players ?
I guess I see why the rules have changed .

Very rarely does acquiring a vet QB with 8 to 10 years Of service in the league ever works The Colts front office keeps on repeating the same process Sign once highly touted QB to a one year deal ...fail..repeat The rent a QB for a year is a recipe for failure. The Panthers are going through it The Falcons....the Steelers tried it with Trubisky..fail.

Absolutely hilarious the Broncos gave Wilson that extension before a single game was played.
Also, Nathaniel Hackett is really bad as a HC.

That was one of the worst games Ive ever seen haha (and we’ve seen A LOT of them). Both QBs and offenses look terrible
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

I fell asleep only to wake up with under 3 minutes to play and watch the Broncos lose the game as they drove inside the 20 and instead of getting to run out the clock and kick a FG to go up 6 they threw an INT and the Colts drove to kick a game tie FG with 8 seconds on the clock.
Then I watched the Broncos choosing to not tie the game up in overtime and instead went on 4th down to win the game? Tie it and let your D win the game...hmmm for over 60 minutes you could not score a TD but now that you have a revelation that you will score a TD with ONE PLAY...smh
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!

Lol, Nathaniel Hackett makes Freddie Kitchens look like Bill Belichick. It was a truly die game and Tab is exactly right on the thinking of going for it to win the game... and if they had to go for it, just like both commentators said, it would seem that a roll out from under center by Wilson would have been a higher percentage play. On the comparison to Freddie - this game and the way the Broncos threw away the game by throwing when the game was in the bag - reminded me of the Seattle game when we were up by 2 TD's and could have cruised into half time looking unbeatable (I think with the ball coming back our way after the half?) but instead Freddie later said he thought there was enough time to score another TD and he chose to throw throw throw and let SEA back in (he might have said enough time to score twice we were playing so well). If you remember the game - we lost all momentum before the half, lost the game.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

Thankfully, I fell asleep early in the 3rd quarter.
Both offenses are trash. Hackett looks like a terrible HC.
I mentioned this once before, but it's been reported that Wilson has his own office instead of a locker w/the rest of the guys. He's all about image. Constantly championing the brand. Phony as can be.

I shed no tears for the Denver Broncos for obvious reasons. I enjoy seeing them lose as much as I do Pittsburgh and Dallas. It looks like Wilson is not the same QB he was. Glad Denver got him and not us.

Russ seems so fake or something too. Almost like he’s a robot playing a character. He gives weird vibes

I watched the game until sometime into the second quarter, thought about how bad it was going, hit record and watched the rest of it this morning, FF through all but the actual playing. Funny it went into OT. Prolonging the ick. What the hell happened to Russell Wilson? I used to love watching him play.

After watching both 60+ minutes of terrible football and a horrific looking head injury, only one word needs to be uttered to describe it all....... Ugly.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Why? They are making a fortune off of it. Because the quality of the games is subpar and the risk of injuries are greater with the short weeks.. Or if they do it then make it the game when two teams come off their bye

The Bills vs the Rams was a great matchup in game 1. Chiefs/Chargers in week 2 was awesome. Steelers/Browns is a matchup that has two teams w/fans nationwide.
I agree about the injury thing, but do you think the NFL cares about that? They are making a killing on these games. They aren't going away. It's all about money.

The NFL owes me money for watching that game. Broncos have had 3 prime time games so far. Need to stop giving them prime time games.
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!
