Anyone who thinks Stefanski is a good head coach has no idea what they are talking about.

Chubb had a good game... JB is trash... defense overall did ok after the first drive... at least two missed roughing the passer calls and that false start was bull

Stefanski needs to give up the play calling and be the Head Coach. If he don’t want to send him down the road.

Man, Baker must have really done a number on this coaching staff, they can't win without him even with better talent.

They would have the same record with Baker. Stefanski was always a problem along with Baker. Get rid of Baker. Now get rid of Stefanski. He's so awful it's almost beyond comprehension.

Chubb 16 Carries another JOKE Stafanski

The Officials if you didn't notice on the long pass to DPJ they roughed Brissett with no flag, if you watch the Ref he isn't even looking at the hit ...

We are just good enough to lose more than we win.

We all knew the Ravens would win. They were barely trying and decided just to do the bare minimum to win.

The issue was the spread. If you took the Ravens and laid the points the Browns would have lost but covered.

I just can't believe how awful this coaching staff is. The Ravens game plan was clearly to barely try, to be super conservative...and Stefanski couldn't even muster a game plan against that. As soon as the first 10 to 15 plays are over with, they are clearly a lost team.

There is nothing in Stefanski's background that makes him qualified to be a head coach.

I am so glad the coaching staff will go back, look at the film and correct all the problems they have, and come back next week for a big Division game. And the beauty of it is, they get to keep doing that for the rest of the season.

Good times.

Stefanski is a joke.

He's Pat Shurner with Nick Chubb.

The Jets game was a fireable offense. Should have just pulled the bandaid off then.

I was at the game. Not running Chubb continues to be a problem. At least he was in on key situations (some). Brisket relies WAY too much on his first read. He missed ALOT of open receivers.Defense cant make any stops on 3rd down. Oline was unimpressive. Baltimore's defense is Fast.

Cooper has position and had his man beat, the play happed right in front of me,and did NOT have to push off. We got screwed on a PI call by the refs but to say they cost us the game is laughable.

I heard Chubb has thr 2nd most carries in the NFL this year.

How much more should we be running him?

Refs blow calls in every NFL game. But since the Browns
Lost ,it's play the victim card. Good teams overcome questionable
Calls by the refs. The Browns are not a good team

If the players are questioning their own work ethic and ability to prepare, isn’t it the coaches who have to answer? And Berry could’ve had a better QB option for the first 11 games. Nick Mullins played much better. We could’ve brought back Keenum.

j/c...

- Another week, another loss.

- Brissett takes terrible sacks and had another costly turnover. Super nice guy though.

- Joe Woods gets a reprieve.

- Still waiting for JJ III to do something on the field.

- Priefer just steals a weekly paycheck. Special Teams are lousy again.

- Happy that Stefanski remembered Chubb and Hunt were on the team. Chubb had gone a 18 game minutes without a carry.

- Get a great stop by the defense to start the 3rd QB and get the ball at the 40. Pass, Pass, strip sack and Ravens go on to score a TD.

- Good game by Garrett.

- Players reportedly screaming at each other inside the locker room could be heard outside the locker room. Frustration is mounting.

- Like the t-shirt says, the Browns almost always almost win.

Our defense played as well as i could expect. Njoku and chubb had good games. The OPI on Cooper was unfortunate. It probably was a penalty but I’ve seen it NOT called with the good WRs

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

You keep saying you want the HC fired but I haven’t see you give any depth of insight as to why. This thread seems to be like a continuation of the GameDay thread. Lotsa quick hit, emotional posts.
Some thoughts on the game:

1. We played tough against a good team at their house.
2. Chubb ran hard and with toughness. The usual.
3. Brissett stood in under heavy pressure like a champ, but took too many sacks. Our OL struggled with handling their blitzes.
4. Defence was better than it’s looked in awhile.
5. The refs missed a couple that should have went our way (like the non-call on the hit to JB’s helmet, but they didn’t steal the game from us.
6. NJoku was having another greater game before getting dinged.
7. On to Cincinnati. Next week is a MUST-WIN.

8. Priefer needs to be replaced. We totally blew it on punt coverage to give them 50 yards.

Also, my gut feeling was that Harbaugh yelled his way to getting the offsides penalty reversed. JMO

Does it really matter. The Browns have like 5 top 100 players in the NFL, but the players have to overcome Stefanski and Woods too. It's a tough ask.

Not sure what broadcast you had - on mine, Gene whatever his name is who is the broadcasters rules expert commented that on reply you could see that the Ravens guys encroached first but then the Browns LG moved and he was more than "One and half" positions away from where the Raven entered the neutral zone ... and that makes it a false start instead of offsides. On the replay you can see the series of events - Raven DL jumps on the left (across from our RT) - LG flinches or reacts. It's a seriously weird rule but that's the rule apparently.

Let's not forget we have won at least 1 game this year with the Refs missing calls in our favor on final drives - none more important than the first week in CLT where the Refs blew two calls and gave York the chance to win the game with the long FG.

Based on fewer than 30 posts in the 2 hours after this game - I'd say Browns fan is dejected and apathetic at this point. I always said from the very beginning when the Watson trade went down - if this season get's flushed down the toilet with so many great players in their prime - then it was probably a bad trade. At this point a Super Bowl appearance in the next 3-4 years is really needed to justify the trade ... and I say 3-4 years because I somehow just don't see Watson playing our his career here.

Meh game - Meh performance.

One more game with a beautifully scripts offense to start the game - but then it turned to poop. At minimum KS should hand over play calling even if he is overwhelmingly still involved on the O side.

The Watson trade was not a bad trade. Geez.

We need a real head coach.

At this point I'm concerned about watson's career with Stefanski. Stefanski is clearly in over his head.

It does when I keep betting the over on his receiving yards each week and winning! Today was 40.5 yards receiving.

Njoku was having a great year. At this point it’s moot. We are bound for a 6-11 season (actually, probably not even that)

This is tough, Stefanski really does some things I like with his gameplanning and scheme. But his situational playcalling is just terrible and costs us so many times.

Also I hate to see another coaching change, I really really am sick of changing systems and starting all over again. But this roster has too much talent on it to be losing some of these games. I hope Watson can show us something for next year to pin our hopes on and not fire another coach. But I can feel it's going to happen.

The other thing: we are really good on script, but always hit a lull when the other teams adjust. It’s like clockwork

I still question why Priefer moved the ball spot a yard up on the 61 yd FG

I kind of think that's why the ball got touched
