The dilemma now is do you give Stefanski a year with Watson.
Tough decision for the franchise. You have a coaching staff that is clearly one of the worst in the NFL, but the excuses for Stefanski and his staff are in full effect. Does the franchise subscribe to those excuses?

The disappearance of the running game ensured against a miracle, but anyone who honestly has us winning this game is no where near reality.

Caught lightning in a bottle year 1 (with still plenty of red flags) and has gotten progressively worse each season since. The Haslams will feel pressured to give him another year with Watson. I think it will be the biggest decision the Haslams will have made during their ownership tenure.
