They seem to promote anyone throwing out questions whether they're valid or not. It's the "throw crap against the wall and let's see if we can get anything to stick" method of confusion.

There is nothing in your post to indicate you quoting anyone, neither a link to a quote or any other attribution. A deficiency in your ability to correctly communicate is not me "not keeping up".

I will point out though that your statement does sound like blind followers, just not the ones you think you mean.

I will point out that you are the only one in this forum that seems confused about what I posted or what I was communicating. And it's you that seems to be the only one every time you do it. That's a you problem. You're only here to fight.

You polled everyone on this forum? Do you assume their understanding by silence?

You made a statement, it was not made well and you would rather run in circles using fallacious arguments instead of just admitting it.

It is amazing how many fights occur around you, but everyone else is the problem.

And here's why everyone should know you're just trying to start trouble here. There are many posters on this board who communicate their thoughts poorly. Far worse than I do. But you never say a word to them about it. Since you have pretended to be such a law expert in the past maybe I should word this in a term you may comprehend. Have you ever heard of selective prosecution? Or in this case a weak attempt at selective persecution.

You are terrible at trying to hide it.

And yet you claim EVERYONE understands. You made an assertion you can't actually prove. The idea that "everyone" knows something is a derivative of the argumentum ad populum fallacy. But most of what you do is use fallacious arguments after making assertions you can't back.

There is nothing I am trying to hide, unlike you when I don't make assertions without backing. I don't need to use fallacious argument tactics. One of these days maybe you can be like that too, but I doubt it.

Twitter sued for nonpayment of over $136,000 in rent on its San Francisco office

Twitter is being sued for nonpayment of $136,260 in rent on its San Francisco office, according to court papers filed Thursday in San Francisco State Court.

The landlord of the building, Columbia Reit - 650 California LLC, alerted the social media giant that it would default on its rent if payment was not received by Dec. 21. Twitter currently occupies the 30th floor of the Hartford Building, a skyscraper located on the edge of San Francisco's Financial District. 

Twitter signed a seven-year lease for the office space in 2017.

Since acquiring Twitter for $44 billion in October, its new owner, Elon Musk, has taken drastic measures to cut company costs.

Twitter did not respond to a request from CBS News for comment.

The platform has allegedly not paid rent on any of its global offices in weeks, including its San Francisco headquarters in the city's Civic Center, according to reporting by The New York Times.

The company is also being sued by Private Jet Services Group, LLC, which is alleging that Twitter has refused to pay for two charter flights in October, valued at $197,725. The suit was filed in New Hampshire District Court last month.

Since Musk took over Twitter earlier this year, he has implemented a number of changes in addition to cost-cutting measures, including laying off half of the workforce and ending enforcement of COVID-19 misinformation rules. Last month, he announced he would step down as CEO when he finds someone to replace him — a decision that came after conducting a Twitter poll.
