Tre'Vius Hodges Tomlinson Cornerback TCU,
nephew of Ladanian Tomlinson
https://www.si.com/nfl/draft/news/treviushodgestomlinson

read side by side with Mehki Blackmon U.S.C. corner and Mehki reads like the weaknesses would be harder to get over, to make me prefer Tomlinson.

Siaki Ika Defensive Tackle Baylor
A massive strongman for the middle of the defensive line. 6'3 335, would fit right in.
https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/players/3122596/siaki-ika/
Cbs sports.com has him ranked one hundred sixth and the fifteenth DL.

I'm saying one could do worse, why put a pick on Marvin Mims if you have 8 Marvin Mims clones in the wings already,
Unless Mims offers any upside which I wonder what upside Mims would offer at all whatsoever if he will struggle against regular coverage, and there is already, Bell, and Woods, and Now Moore, and Goodwin, and Jakeem Grant, not to mention DPJ, and Cooper, and Schwartz, and Harley.

Siaki Ika thrives against double teams at 33five pounds in the middle of the DL, Hello? that's what everyone's been talking about since they drafted Myles Garrett.

With his size, and lack of speed and burst, he belongs in a 3-4.

I don't think I have ever been less involved in the draft than this year.

I have looked at very few players. Even the ones I have looked at; all I did was watch a highlight tape.

I know the names of guys we might be after but not much else.

I am not expecting the draft to actually have much impact this year. My hope is we find a couple guys who could one day develop into starters.

There are a few guys projected as second round picks I would love to get. I like Keion White a lot.

I don't think we will get him more like wishful thinking.

Xavier Hutchinson WR, Iowa st. Cyclones, 6'2 203+, kind of big but not polished, 254 catches

Berrys' obligatory 6th round WR add?
Could do worse in finding a role player imo.

The Browns need safeties with everyone leaving. Doesn't that say he fits the single high role.

It's so hard to predict who might be available at pick 74, but I think that some of the prospects that we brought in for one of our 30 visits are projected to go around our selection.

He is projected around #74.

I'm thinking that they are looking at him as a day 3 possible selection ... he will be 24 in just over a month.

WR Jalin Hyatt could be there too. He is fast but oh so raw. Not only does he come with a limited understanding of the route tree, but he is also inexperienced with the nuances of the position (he is not a great salesman at this juncture) and working against press man coverage. In short (imo) his Draft stock has been inflated by the media and many believe that we brought him in for one of the 30 pre-draft visits looking to trade up. It used to be an unwritten rule that you never trade up for a WR in the Draft.

I want one thing from any Wr they draft, I don't want to read that they have trouble getting off the line of scrimmage, if they have trouble against press coverage of even getting off the line of scrimmage, then I don't think they are going to do any of the other things well that you'd reasonably expect from a 'good' WR, like, play tough at the point of the catch, or, find ways to create their own separation, or find uni@ue ways to beat coverage when you improvise, or beat a guy after you make a catch, or track the ball in the air well,
If a WR can't get off the line of scrimmage, ... you'd have to start there in teaching, and everything else would be downhill, it has got to be a red flag in my opinion.
... or get 2 feet in bounds, or make a catch just an inch off the ground,...

I think one can look at past drafts and get a reasonable idea of how many players at each position will likely be taken by what went in past years and then get an idea of who may be available around pick seventy three.
It's more fun because it's difficult. take the top seventy three best players and choose the best of whoever is left. rofl

J.L. Skinner Boise st. safety. 6'4 200+
He's tall, he can play deep or shallow, helps against Tight Ends, there are going to be a larger than usual group of good TE's coming into the league this year.

Jaxson Kirkland OT Washington, 6'6+ 320, ... articles that say the Ravens, the Rams, the Texans could have him as a target, but where?
I would guess probably earlier rather than later.

If he were on the board at seventy four, and the Browns took him at seventy four, hey why not.

He played for TCU, like that, He had a good year in 22, the article is from Nov. of 22 which may not include all of his best year.

4.6nine in the 40 but they say he has straight line speed. ... neither did Peyton Hillis,... jump cuts, stiff arms, and makes guys miss,

Uhh, he might end up being special despite the knocks. Will probably go before seventy four.

Dorian Williams Tulane. Linebacker
https://www.si.com/nfl/draft/news/dorianwilliams
If off ball linebackers are where it's at.

... Why don't I like Hodges Tomlinson the cornerback more? Some of the best corners to ever play were only five eight.

Those two would make an ok pool, the corner at seventy four, the LB at ninety eight.
or, it depends what way the team wants to go.

DL Devonnsha Maxwell. Add in McClendon Curtis, OL. Both could be later round picls who pan out big.

Got to pimp some UTC players.

I'm dropping my opinion of the safety from Penn st.

I like the RB from Auburn Tank Bigsby, I want him at, pick number one.

I like the Wr, Kayshon Boutte out of LSU I want him at pick number one.

Every time your team picks, it is pick number one...

I'm dropping my opinion of the Edge player from Army. Too many of his highlights are unabaded> to a backpedaling @uarterback, I mean, how does that show football skill, it doesn't.

LET ME BANG THE TABLE FOR CB, TRE'VIUS HODGES TOMLINSON out of TCU,

And Zach Harrison defensive end out of Ohio State.

These are 4 players I like, today. I do not recommend passing them up.

I’ll give a name I’ve been intrigued about: Dubose the WR. Mid round grade. I think he could be a good pick

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

The thing about the Tulane Linebacker, I think it is Dorian Williams, sure about the first name, is he tackles helmet to helmet,
and in the NFL, the penaties are going to cost a team games.

If you take the Tulane Linebacker, they need to make sure he doesn't have helmet to helmet hits.

The link projects 4th round.

According to mock drafts he will be drafted much sooner.

White's physical tool set will translate to the NFL. Whatever he lacks in technique seems to be things that will be coached up.

It would surprise me to see him get to the fourth round.

Trying to find late round defensive linemen I like has been a struggle. I started looking at potential DE to DT converts and may have found a target. Tyler Lacy, DL, Oklahoma State looks interesting. He was listed as a DE at the combine, but he played all over the line for Okie St. Missed some time this season with a leg injury, but was able to perform at the combine. Motor looks great and I like his physicality. More a complementary piece than a guy that's going to put up stats, but I feel like with Myles and Ogbo that's fine.

He's #89 here:

Have you looked at Keondre Coburn the DT from Texas?

All i know about him is that he is huge. Listed at 6'2 and 332#
CBS sports has his ranked as the 199th overall prospect.

Wasn't overly impressed with what I've seen. I prefer Ojomo of the Texas DL, but that is far from a glowing endorsement.

Coburn seems to have a pretty small tackle radius and looks more like a patty-caker than a violent striker with his hands to me.

Ojomo tends to be rated higher in most places that I have looked.
I was just impressed by Coburn's size.
Never saw either of these guys play.

Appreciate the scouting report
