Successful teams have players that think about their role on every play, and what they need to do in every likely situation. They are coached for that, and they are drilled for that. Then there's Cleveland's offense.
Whomever the position coaches are, and what they train are suspect. Stefanski is so busy trying to schemed for each week, he's not being the HC.
Just my opinion.
