There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Just a sign of how divided the GOP is. Again, this isn’t diversity of thought we’re dealing with. There are legit 2-3 factions within the GOP that can absolutely be their own individual party with the amount of partisanship on display.
The GOP is the only party where the voters can break off to support a legitimate 3rd party. But that requires real work as well, so I doubt that will happen.

Can you imagine the disfunction if Trump and his troglodytes were to win all three houses in 24. The government would end in like a week.
