In 2014 they had a very difficult time with the tunnels. But it seems as though they were unaware of them. One would think that after having dealt with them and now knowing about them they will have developed a strategy to address it......
IDF probe: Israel was unready for Gaza tunnel threat in 2014
Officers were not made aware of ‘magnitude’ of risks, reports finds, despite prior knowledge by political leaders
One thing I certainly admire about Israel is that they don't disclose their plans, their timing or any other details that may tip off their enemy. But that also means we don't have any insight as to their strategy in dealing with such a situation. I think you hit the nail on the head in terms of what level of collateral damage they are comfortable with.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
a lot of the tunnel network is dug so deep that bunker muster munition isn't effective. at that point, the collateral damage sustained in order for the munitions to actually have an effect would have israel effectly charged on war crimes, that not even the US can bail them out of.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
7.22 into it and so far it's a diatribe. It starts off talking about a small fraction of muslims want to annihilate Isreal but quickly sounded like he's talking about either all or most Muslims... and now he's just said they want to do this for pleasure. Maybe they get into some meaningful discussion. Maybe I'll listen to more bit so far it's a bit like listening to Rush Limbaugh.

The more things change the more they stay the same.
