I don't need to read the bill to know that a bump stock makes a semi automatic weapon perform in a manner that spits out rounds like a fully automatic weapon. I don't need to read it to know this is nothing but a legal loophole to accomplish that goal. I don't need to read to the bill to watch you claim over and over again this needs to be passed through congress to change the law and then support the fact congress refused to do so. Bump stocks make it far easier to create a higher body count in mass shootings. That's a basic fact no matter how you try and twist it. And actually there is no other practical purpose for which they can be used for. You either support making that a legal construct or you don't.
