And yet trump is still a convicted felon. And I had no idea the jury who convicted him was weaponized. They heard the charges and saw the evidence. As such they convicted him.

Here is one of the latest examples where you have given nothing but crickets. So here is your opportunity to speak out about it.....

He is appointing a former convicted felon an ambassadorship. A felon he himself pardoned. Do you or don't you have an issue with that? Because if you do you haven't said a word about it.

With the way pardons work, if you are pardoned you are not a "former convicted felon". The conviction is though it never existed, you seem to be confusing that idea wit a commuted sentence.

Bannon’s pardon was especially notable given that the prosecution was still in its early stages and any trial was months away. Whereas pardon recipients are conventionally thought of as defendants who have faced justice, often by having served at least some prison time, the pardon nullifies the prosecution and effectively eliminates any prospect for punishment.

Bannon was charged in August with duping thousands of donors who believed their money would be used to fulfill Trump’s chief campaign promise to build a wall along the southern border. Instead, he allegedly diverted over a million dollars, paying a salary to one campaign official and personal expenses for himself. His co-defendants were not pardoned.

Except we all remember this. Not only the fact that he told them they could assume guilt, the fact that in his 55 pages of instructions he created new charges never even discussed at trial. And then told them as long as every juror could find him guilty on at least one charge, they could unanimously declare him guilty on all charges.

It wasn't a court, he wasn't a judge, it was a comedy skit and he was a terrible magician.

But you already knew that.

Once the charges were clarified to the jury they found him guilty on 34 of the charges. What it boiled down to is they needed clarification on what one needs to do to be found guilty on those charges. That you don't need to have committed every criminal act included in the charges but any of the acts included in those charges. It took the jury 9.5 hours to find trump guilty on all of the 34 charges brought against him. None of these so called bogus crimes you claim the judge invented were ever charged or brought before the jury.

Each time he wrote a check he committed a felony. How do you think that's supposed to work? Do you think they simply combine every time you commit the same crime as only having committed that crime once? The jury was given the charges. The alleged crimes he committed and shown each time he committed that crime. After witnessing the evidence they found him guilty on all charges. It appears you believe every member of that jury had half a brain.

The only people whining here are those claiming it was a sham. The only people whining are those blaming everyone but trump for his guilt and his actions. And I think you spelled Americans wrong as it applies to this situation. It should have been Murican! Because only Muricans believe the justice system only works when the jury finds the case as they think it should. If the jury finds differently suddenly the justice system doesn't apply anymore and the findings of a jury no longer applies to them.
