I don't think we've had one of these in a while .......
One of my pet peeves is when a place charges an extra fee if I use my credit card. This is a surefire way to lose my business, and it does. Generally the places doing this are not exactly cheap either. (Not the most expensive, but not cheap either)
If you can't afford to accept credit cards, then don't enter into business. I generally don't carry much cash, and I am not going to start just to placate some cheap business owner by paying more.
That's mine right now, what's yours?
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

What the heck happened to Amazon? It used to be an almost miraculous next day service (with Prime) ...... but now it's at least 2 days, and often 3 or 4. Blah.

With Amazon, I started noticing that the promised ship date prior to ordering was almost never correct. It would say "Order in the next XX:XX and you can get it next day" or something like that. Then after I ordered well within the window, it would have a delivery date of a day or two after what it estimated.

I remember when Amazon was slightly faster but that all changed during and after the pandemic. One of the things that will never be the same again, yet they are still faster than almost all other retail outlets. Bezos is the last billionaire still trying to run THE BEST AND BIGGEST online retailer. While others took a huge dump on the American people.

Tipflation...on everything.
A few months ago, I had a AAA guys come out to jump my car and there was a tip screen.
Edit ~ I'm generally a good tipper, too. My first job in high school/college was tip-based.

Oh I’ve got a few lol.
People who don’t say thanks when I hold a door open for them.
Parents who aren’t strong enough to discipline their kids. Wife and I were at a restaurant some time ago and this little guy in the booth behind us kept acting up the whole time. Being loud, kicking the seat, whining about everything while mommy and daddy did zilch to correct the boy.
Bad drivers, especially tailgaters. They are the worst.
I don’t like people who habitually interrupt others when they’re speaking.
Just a few.

Doctors with idiotic rules.
I had a dentist appointment, and had my car break down. Obviously I couldn't make it.
I had another appointment that I had to break because I was sick and throwing up.
Now they "may drop me" as a patient. While I can understand then being upset about a broken appointment, when it is a situation beyond the patient's control, then understand. I think I am going to tell them to forget about it and I'l just find a new dentist.

My pet peeve is when people don't know the rules of the road, specifically when turning right on red. Some people don't get that they can stop, look, then turn right. They don't have to wait for green. I've honked at people due to this.

I love it when someone takes no sign to mean that they can slow down to 15MPH, and hang a right on 2 wheels. lol

My pet peeve is people who let minor things of no real consequence get on under their skin so much they consider them pet peeves.

I wouldn't be opposed to the death penalty for people who don't go promptly when the light turns green.
Also, if you're in a turn only lane by mistake, then turn. Flipping on your signal and making everyone wait behind you to get back into the no-turn lane (when there's a line of traffic) makes my blood boil. This happens all the time at an intersection in Ooberville (747 and Millikin - oober if you read this).

In the morning, there's a ton of people going every which way and each turning lane is a line. People should be paying attention regardless, but at spots like this everyone should be extra attentive so the lines can keep moving. It only takes one distracted person to screw up one of the lines and get everything super backed up.

Actually many of the things people have listed used to bother me much more than they do now. But over time I realized the only one I was punishing for the actions of others was myself. They obviously weren't bothered by the fact that what they did upset me. That and in the grand scheme of things these are rather petty things for me to get upset about. With everything that goes on in the world I had enough serious things to be concerned about and really needed to let the petty stuff go. I'm much more at peace in my daily life as a result.

I know it might be hard to believe that I have pet peeves, but I do.
I'll just start with the grocery store.
People who leave their buggy wherever they feel in the parking lot rather than return it to a proper parking spot.
People parking in a handicap slot who don't need the help. Just because you are driving your mothers car which has a sticker doesn't mean you have to park there.
People who take up the whole aisle and seem oblivious to those behind them. I want to ram them with my buggy.
People who go in to the express line with WAY more than the 10 items. Close is OK, I am talking way over the number.
People who get to the check-out cashier and are talking on their stupid cell phone. That cashier is providing you a service who at minimum deserves your respect and attention during the process. It's rude, and I don't like rude people. I could make cell phones it's own category.
That's a start, I will think of more.

Nowhere are people more oblivious than Costco, which is also a high-traffic place.
I was reminded this morning how much I hate rubbernecking and traffic being held up because people have to slow down and stare at an accident. I was almost an hour late for work because of two accidents THAT WERE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but these weren't even bad accidents.

That's a start, I will think of more. Aaah, the grocery store, where common decency is easily discarded. Of all those gripes you expressed, there’s nothing more egregious than people who have a big cart full and go to the express lane. I’ve been told by cashiers - the wife works at a big grocery store - that THEY are told to ring them through. I’ve called out putting people once or twice but they look at me with a flabbergast expression. I no longer bother. But, one has to know in advance that when they go to the grocer, there will be people in the way, they will block the aisle, but if you merely say excuse me, they are happy to let you pass. That’s how we do it in east coast Canada.

I also have received some stares of disgust from some females over the years. I am just trying to be polite, not implying someone isn't capable of opening the door themselves. I am guilty of interrupting. My short-term memory seems to me to be failing, and if I have a question or "good point" to make I am afraid I will forget. I apologize and explain when/why I do it.,

That’s how we do it in east coast Canada. I didn't even realize express lanes still exist. I regularly go to Kroger, Meijer & WM. I don't recall any being labeled as such. I go self-checkout even with a large amount because there are so few full-service lanes which are usually backed up and I usually have frozen items I don't want thawing.

Something would be substituted left off the order completely. I don't order much online. I would rather to the store for what I need. I have to admit I have had pizzas delivered before and when I buy furniture I have it delivered so they can bring it in and take care of any set-up and clean up of boxes, etc..

I didn't even realize express lanes still exist. I regularly go to Kroger, Meijer & WM. I don't recall any being labeled as such. I go self-checkout even with a large amount because there are so few full-service lanes which are usually backed up and I usually have frozen items I don't want thawing. I use the self check if Ionly have 2-3 items. After that, I figure I don't work there so why do the work, plus, I like to use the cashiers to help keep them employed. They wouldn't be there if they didn't need the job.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. GM Strong

Let me know the next time you head to the Liberty Costco so I can get there beforehand and litter the aisles with carts. Carts are fine. It's the people (not) pushing them that's the issue.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
