What a Christmas gift! the Steelers getting smacked at home, and ending the game with an ugly snap and 10 sec runoff. love to see it!

😂 Swish. We were all rooting for KC here as well. Watching the Ravens and have to say what a well coached team they are.- Them and KC.

I’m starting to think that Jameis may be our answer. If Stefanski can bring on a qb guru to coach him right, and reduce his thrown picks, we’d have a chance.

Jameis is not the answer. He is a turnover machine. He has always been a turnover machine and has not shown he can be anything but a turnover machine.

talk about two blowouts

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Agree about Jameis, he's about 10 years into the league and is a no coaching can help with his turnovers, as they say "that tiger ain't changing its' stripes". So he's not it, DTR definitely isn't it, Zappe isn't it, and no QB prospects in the upcoming draft aren't worth a high pick, especially with our OLine issues. Darnold will probably re-sign with Minnesota, Cousins is washed, and Rodgers needs to retire. I'll be severely disappointed if we run Watson back next year, but also won't be surprised if we do

No, lamp is not a liar, E'coasters aren't built that way. But you do have a partial point: JW would be starter material IF he could dump the turnovers as he seems to be a natural-born leader. Play nice guys - we are almost at curtain time for this season....

I hope we don't do something dumb like winning this game. We will move up in the draft order to the 3rd or 4th spot if we lose. We have nothing to gain by winning but a loss would help us. I seldom cheer against our team but this is one of those occasions....

You never should play to lose a game. You play to try and win every game. If not just forfeit and move on.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I understand what you are saying but in this case (only) a loss could move us back 6 or 7 draft spots perhaps losing us an elite player who could help us next year and into the future. I'm not willing to give that up for the sake of a virtually meaningless game. To clarify: I hope we play well and be competitive but get edged out in the end....

thankfully bro, the browns are trying to win and still keep losing, so we'll be ok.

I mean, look at what the Ravens have done with LJ8. Coming out of college, nobody thought that he’d turn into a decent passer. They structured their offense around his strengths. - Put plays in for him that let him run a little while making some decent throws.
Why can’t we tailor an offense that decreases the chances of him throwing int’s. - Have some math whiz analyze the pics that he’s thrown over the last few years and see if there’s a typical route, offensive/defensive formations, etc. where a pick is likely to happen, and adjust the offense accordingly. It’s clear that Jameis has the arm talent, and leadership ability to be the qb. I think that he’s our best option.

For one thing QB's do this thing called going through their progressions. You can design a play to where it gives him the best chance of success but you can't put all of your WR's in one area of the field. If the WR you want him to go to first is covered he has to look elsewhere. Also winston isn't as fleet of foot as LJ. That even further limits their options.

Watching Cincy v Denver. These announcers commenting for Cincy to run clock and kick the game winning fg. 😆 Cincy’s coach isn’t stupid. Realizes that next to Dustin Hopkins, York is the most unreliable kicker in the league.

Broncos vs Bengals game is wild. Taylor with the boneheaded decision to score and not drain the clock and kick the GW FG may end up costing them the game and eliminating the Bengals from the playoffs.

Marvin Mims with a heck of a catch for a TD to send the game to OT.

Keep giving the Bengals a chance to win it and they will eventually take you up on the offer.

No question. But Here’s the thing. If Cincy wins today and next week, they still need Denver to lose to Kc.

And there’s no chance that KC will beat Denver so that their nemesis, Cincy can get in..

Thanks, 32. I do lie once in awhile but they’re mostly white ones, and I don’t make stuff up. Btw Jameis won’t stop throwing picks. It’s what he does.

Wild.

When York came out I was looking at his eyes. I thought this guy was going to miss.

Sure enough. Burrow is really accurate. No problem. He came right down the field.

Good for them.

With a QB like Burrow the Bengals could be very dangerous if they sneak into the playoffs. That opening day loss to New England is really hurting now. Burrow is a top 5 QB no doubt.

At the half, in a must-win against a former team.

Baker was lights out today. They will go as far as their defense lets them go

It only hurts a little. I’m glad for Baker, but if he thinks of KS and the front office at all, he’s gotta be laughing. What a colossal fudge-up this has become.

Jayden Daniels, the next Lamar? Washington has been in QB hell forever and it looks like they found their Franchise QB.

Browns are always the bridesmaid, never the bride.

Amazing what a change in ownership can do. Also, hired a well respected front office executive, up and comer, Jason Peters, who had built a great resume during his time in San Francisco and had extensive experience with the Broncos.

I mentioned this before, But washington was much like us, they were mired in mediocrity, middle of the road and never really doing anything great or poor. Just not going anywhere. Being help back simultaneously by coaching and talent evaluation. They cleaned house and replaced it all. Thats exactly what we need to do

I don't know. The last season he was healthy here He and Stefanski combined led the Browns to the playoffs.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

The ATL loss means Baker can go out and stamp TB's playoff card with a win.

How about a Tampa Bay and Detroit NFC Championship game. Would love to see it Baker or the Lions in the Super Bowl.

If it's not Chaos, it's not Cleveland.

Yeah and KS might have been part of the “let’s get Watson!” contingent. I’d be laughing - at the very least, snickering - at the Browns FO if I were Baker.

Might leaves a lot to guesswork. And it could be that Baker has gotten a few laughs out of watching the situation the Browns are in. But then again after reading the things he has said about needing to mature and what he's been through helping him accomplish that, he may consider it one of the best things anyone has ever done for him.

I certainly agree with you. But sometimes it's the struggles in life that teach us our greatest lessons. I think that's the case with Baker.
